Very satisfied. Buyer from BC I found used Nissan Armada at Fish Creek Nissan over the internet, sent the request and was contacted same day by Andy. He was very helpful and informative, I did not feel any pressure at all. Andy was always available for my questions over the phone and replied promptly to email messages too! I've contacted few other used car sellers and did not even hear back from them! Andy was able to offer me good deal and lead me through the process of purchasing the car. I purchased BC insurance in advance and Fish Creek prepared all transit documents for me in advance. Then I flew from Kelowna to Calgary, Andy showed me the car, helped to set up Bluetooth and I drove back to BC happily. Out of province inspection and registration with ICBC went smoothly and WE LOVE THE CAR. It is in very good condition and it feels like we bought new car for 1/3 of the cost! All in all very good and SMOOTH experience and I am very happy that we decided to deal with Andy and Fish Creek Nissan. The only minor suggestion was to offer the extended warranty in advance, not at the moment of car pick up. I like to think my decisions through and that's one of the main reasons I did not buy the warranty. But now you are warned and could ask about the warranty in advance! More

He was also the only salesman we dealt with (after a long and exhaustive search incuding several Toyota and Honda dealerships) who also really knew his competition through and through. This is the hallmark of a superior salesman. There were no cheesy and tacky sales lines: which was greatly appreciated. His level of professionalism was truly second to none. I have recommended him to several friends already just 2 weeks in to owning the car. As a dealership, the entire experience was the best we've had since the early '90's. More
