I'm big on supporting my local community but after some very poor experiences in my hometown, I started looking at the websites of some Calgary dealerships. I'm so glad I did! With one email inquiry, I received a quick response with all the info I requested and a quote for a fantastic price on a new Murano (about $4,500 better than other places I'd gone to in person). No haggling needed, I was offered a great price right off the bat and a very clear and transparent breakdown of everything included in that price. Bonny was great to deal with and she held the vehicle for me for a week (with a small refundable deposit) until I could make the trip to Calgary. She gave me the chance to test drive it and showed me all the features without pressuring me. I love the vehicle and was really excited to make the purchase. Everyone I dealt with (sales, finance, reception) was so friendly. When all the paperwork was done, Youssuf spent like 40 minutes going over everything in the vehicle with me, answering my questions and helping me set everything up the way I wanted it. I love my Murano and I'm having so much fun driving it. It's a great vehicle and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Bonny and the whole group at Fish Creek! I would recommend them to anyone.
