Then when it's not ready she will deny all knowledge of giving you an end time. Then when you ask to speak to a manager she will say there isn't one. And then when you do speak to someone higher up the good chain two things will happen. 1. The wait time will go from (another) hour down to 10minutes 2. If you wait for an apology from Dee....you may die of old age Incase I'm still here in another few hours please tell my family I love them very much and to send provisions!!!! More
I brought my car in for service because it was making a loud thumping/grinding sound from the right rear wheel. They told me that there was still a "bit of a sound coming from the trunk but that must be something in the trunk" I got the car and it didn't make the noise at first, but after a few minutes it started again. I couldn't take it back in right away as I had to go out of town immediately. So basically they made up some thing that needed to be fixed that wasn't at all the root of the problem, then charged me for it. I'm going in tomorrow to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend these crooks. They are dishonest and disreputable. Not that I should expect any different from a car dealer, but this is one that has lost a customer for life. More

When I first purchased my car, we had a great expirence with Moe. After a few months we noticed a few issues with the car. Each time we had an issue, Ken the general manager was very quick to help fix th with Moe. After a few months we noticed a few issues with the car. At first I was very upset with the issues, but they really helped restore my faith in car dealers. We will be buying all of our cars with Fish Creek Nissan in the future! The issues with the car were because we bought an 8 year old mini van. It was great that they helped us with out issues. Thank you Ken, Moe and Fish Creek Nissan! More

When I made the appointment I talked with a lady for my request services and I ask for shuttle and she said yes is available. Yesterday after the advisor received my car she request to fill out the shuttle list, and I fill out my information. Later the driver said, he cannot drive me to my office because he only can go until Glenmore. I work at Three Streams Engineering (Suite 401, 1925 18th Ave NE). Later the advisor said that I can take c-train or go until Glenmore and then I can take a taxi. This situation for me is the worst services that I have not seen. This is the thing that we need to know when I will go to buy a car, the post services, and here in Nissan Fish Creek is very bad. Similar dealers like Toyota, BMW or more, you can take a loaner cars or take the shuttle for any place. I understand for people that work in downtown the best option is c-train but in my case this option is not applicable. At the end, I had to take my car again, in order to drive to my Job and re-schedule a new appointment for Saturday, in order to avoid this situation and lost 30 min in the dealer. I hope that management people in this dealer take action about that, in order to improve the services department, because for me in a very bad experience and for my future cars for sure I will choose not Nissan cars, despite the quality for the cars is excellent. I appreciate is this email is forward to the proper person, in order to take actions. More
For the second time i have been duped by Fish Creek Nissan, Both times my vehicle has gone in to have a 6000km oil change and i have been informed by the service department that other work was being d Nissan, Both times my vehicle has gone in to have a 6000km oil change and i have been informed by the service department that other work was being done to my vehicle but when i check the warranty book the extra work was not part of the schedule, they imply that it part of the warranty schedule, i am upset with my self for falling for the same trick, and am upset with Fish Creek Nissan for their underhanded way of creating a service sale, why on earth would a vehicle that has only done 45000km need a fuel injection flush, there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. More
