The three service advisors are sitting at desks and make you feel like you are doing them a favour. I Dropped my car off for service at 9:30 am and by 3:30 I still had not heard back from them. I called at 2 and was told that the car was not even in the shop yet. Arthur did not smile or greet me when I arrived. Was very dry with me and did not give me any feeling of being welcomed. The waiting area is tiny and really cramped. I will not be going back there. More

Andy went the extra mile!! I went to Fish Creek looking for a winter SUV. After starting my test drive with a Murano, then an Infiniti, I found the BMW that I wound up buying. The initial visit lasted close to 3 hours with Andy being very knowledgeable about all 3 vehicles. He also went out of his way to get the winter tires installed for me and registration for the vehicle. All and all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Andy to anyone visiting Fish Creek Nissan. More

He is friendly, courteous, honest and great to speak with about the features and/or concerns of any vehicle you are interested in. Thanks Andy!! Our only downside experience was actually with Finance as our bank offered us a much much lower interest rate that they (Nissan) wouldn't match or even attempt to negotiate. We will only finance there for a minimum time period before we switch it out to a rate almost 4% less. More
