Disapointed My Sales Associate was unprepared to show me the vehicle I was interested in for the two test drives I booked prior purchasing it. The first time he had to dig it out from the back of the lot then put gas in it before I could drive it. The second time he wasn’t even there and had another associate cover for him. The Sales Managers were reasonable negotiating the price and the Finance Managers weren’t pushy. When I went in to pick up my new truck I was told that the hitch and floor mats weren’t there and I would have to come back. I ended up dealing with 6 or 7 different people to buy a truck that was already on the lot. More
