Making you feel guilty for doing or not doing something is completely wrong!!! Would not recommend!!! More
My bf bought a used car and it hasn’t been a couple months even it’s been nothing but a nightmare. First off they scratched the car up themselves and yes they fixed it but he had to wait over a month w months even it’s been nothing but a nightmare. First off they scratched the car up themselves and yes they fixed it but he had to wait over a month while paying the car itself and not having a car. Then finally got the vehicle and not 2 weeks later it died and had to replace the battery then the start button fell into the dash almost $1000 later after he already over paid for the car got it back on the road then the window button fell off. Now the tires won’t keep air and it’s only been 2 months. These people are crooks and totally screwed us with this vehicle. We have 2 kids and we don’t even feel like we can drive with them or we might break down and be stranded with young kids and now that winter is hitting that’s a big no! I’m sad there are people out there that feel like this is ok behaviour. More

I literally need to loosen every lug nut on my wheels and tighten them again so my brakes don't worp. -service manager lied straight to my face that they replaced the spare tire, the spare tire had not been replaced (I inspected in the shop while on the lift). Came back because they didn't finish the undercoat I paid for when I got a new vehicle - originally they had gotten undercoat all over the body of the vehicle -did not do the skid plates (too lazy to remove and do them separately) - came back and specifically put a note on there for them to finish doing the skid plates, once again they did not do. Misinformed / Inflated / Inaccurate Service Experience I want to document an experience that occurred last year when I brought my vehicle in for a standard I was advised by the service age Experience I want to document an experience that occurred last year when I brought my vehicle in for a standard I was advised by the service agent that the mechanic discovered a leak requiring seals to be changed. I was very surprised as I had never seen any signs of a leak underneath before. I questioned the agent to revalidate this assessment and came back saying the mechanic was absolutely certain of the leak and the repairs would cost around $900. Fast forward I contact the service manager letting him know that this does not appear correct, yet he felt the assessment by his team was valid. I asked to come in and get under the vehicle with him, his mechanic and service agent to show me the leak. A senior mechanic validated that there were 0 leaks or issues (even the mechanic surprisingly told me "what did another shop tell you there was a leak" not knowing it was Nissan). I asked the service manager to provide me assurance this year that I would receive service that I can trust and not one where I feel I would be ripped off again as was the case last year, whereby his team revalidated and insisted there was a leak, and later confirmed this was all false. Instead the manager replied “if you feel you can't trust us perhaps you should find someone else to service your vehicle”. Everything stated above occurred and document with the dealership. I would say asking any service manager how he can assure me trustworthy service and offering no option to do so but simply "expecting" me to trust after what happened last year (that was played down and not addressed) is much under par for any dealership. To expect anyone to pay $900 or $1000 is a lot and especially with a false and incorrect service assessment; I personally would never treat anyone this way. This was not the first incident with this dealer and even recall having a service almost 4 years ago whereby I received a perfect rating for my 28 pt. inspection to be told 3 days later after I smelt some oil that I had another gasket leak and was supposed to pay in excess of $280. I showed them the report that was just completed and asked how is it possible for this to suddenly occur the reply was , leave your vehicle here we will repair it for free. As a reader of this, you be the judge of the credibility of Nissan's service. A close friend of mine advised it was probably break fluid used to clean around the area after service that heated up after and was never a leak. I doubt it would have taken a lot to assure customers a repeated incorrect and inflated service assessment will not occur again. After all, is that not the role of a Service Manager, to guarantee (or AT LEAST OFFER A CUSTOMER SOME SORT OF RE-ASSURANCE) honest and high quality service. I did follow your recommendation and went elsewhere for my car service. When the car was around 4 years old and under full warranty the Transfer Case was repaired 2 times in 1 week (workmanship had to be redone after 1 week) only to be told now that the slow leak is still there; 36K later and was told of workmanship was good this leak would never have reappeared. Not only was there an incorrect assessment but faulty workmanship thar never repaired a problem under full warranty coverage and refused to do so to date. This is not how a dealer with integrity operates in my opinion. More
Very poor customer service, they push, push and push. I caught them in two lies and they could not come up with an answer. Basically, they sold the car from underneath me even when I gave a SECURITY DEPOSIT to hold it. The finance department had absolutely zero communication nor did they want to. Stay away from this dealership. There " WORD" or "HAND SHAKE" means nothing. All they are looking for is to get that the commission chq sooner DO NOT DEAL OR BUY FROM THESE GUYS YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

After many “bot” responses and several low ballers we got a response from Seif Shahin. He was very professional in his approach but we were still uncertain if things were legit because of previous responses. We can definitely confess Seif is 100% Legit and works for Fish Creek Nissan. During our process Seif explained he was a used vehicle buyer and was offering a fair price and would pickup the vehicle if we agreed to the offer. We came to an agreement (way better than Trade in Value) Today Seif arrived as he stated he would, within 10 minutes he was satisfied our vehicle was what we advertised and paperwork was finalized and we had the Dealership cheque in hand for the Agreed Amount. I still can’t believe how easy, professional & honest Seif made this transaction! I would recommend anyone with a nice used vehicle wanting to avoid the stress of trying to negotiate a trade let Seif and Fish Creek Nissan try buying outright. Thank you Seif it was pleasure doing business with you and the dealership you represent Dale Allison More
Had a Verbal agreement with GM-Mike Brown & Pre-owned Manager Youssef Abdellatif (who was going to throw in rims and new winter tires) to purchase a vehicle for my daughter subject to a Vehicle Inspectio Manager Youssef Abdellatif (who was going to throw in rims and new winter tires) to purchase a vehicle for my daughter subject to a Vehicle Inspection by my mechanic. First they tell me that the tires and rims would not fit the vehicle. Was waiting on Salesperson Roshan Paudel about the date and time for the inspection. He emails me the next morning that the vehicle was sold to someone else the same day that he was supposed to get back to me. Then he offered to help me with another vehicle! When I texted and emailed the GM he did not respond. Do NOT deal with this team. Their word means nothing. More
