This is not a 5 star service. I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service has gone downhill. I had a scheduled works package on my Lincoln. Could not take my car in I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service has gone downhill. I had a scheduled works package on my Lincoln. Could not take my car in so my 19 year daughter took it in. She waited 3 hours and was asked to authorize $$$ of unnecessary repairs like $$ cabin air filters and servicing wheel hubs. Any experienced manager would realize she is not the vehicle owner. Not an honest establishment anymore. Take your care elsewhere. More
