When i picked up my new car, it had damage on the bumper. Service was amazing with me. They quickly ordered in a new bumper and had it fixed quite quickly once it arrived. I had a wonderful experience at Finch Nissan just lately. I wanted to trade in a 2017 Nissan for a similar SUV with AWD and updated, upgraded features. To my delight, I was guided through this process by Mic Derby. I have nothing but good memories of the deal and good things to say about Mr. Derby. Yes, the sales rep is well informed and professionally sharp as a tack. Prompt service, honest answers and helpful discussions were forthcoming. I honestly feel that this is the standard one may expect when you're prepared to outlay thousands of dollars. Mic Derby went the extra mile to accommodate my preferences. He also went to bat for me, saving my wife and I significant monies while delivering a superior product that we wanted. That was over and above my expectations. I highly recommend both the dealership and, in particular, Mic. I cannot over-emphasize how good it felt to work with a person who you feel is honest and straight-up genuine. Thank you, Mic Derby! Have a Nissan Kick on lease. Lease finishes April 2026. We go to Florida in October, and put the car into storage until we return in April 2026. Asked if the lease could be cance Lease finishes April 2026. We go to Florida in October, and put the car into storage until we return in April 2026. Asked if the lease could be cancelled early ( I did that in 2023 with Woodstock Nissan). Finch said no to the cancellation. As a result, when the lease matures in April, I will gladly return the car, in new condition with about 26,000kl. I will not be doing any more deals with Finch. More

Lease buyout. They don't make any money, so you get very polite bad service. Had an appointment for noon with the service manager. drove two hours to get there. Three other people were in and out of his office while he tied up deals. At two o'clock we could get in to see him. Did the paperwork, but he said he couldn't issue a bill of sale that day, that it would be done the next. Se we are driving a technically unregistered vehicle. He finally got the paperwork done a week later and mailed it out (he said). Two weeks later we still don't have it. I sure hope we don't get stopped. Very polite bad service. Don't lease from them, you are no longer a place they might make a profit, so they don't care and treat you politely like sh. If you have a lease return or buyout, bypass the dealer and deal right with the company, in this case nissan. The dealer will do you over. More
