I repeat, do not lease from them, or especially do your lease buyout from them. Go direct to Nissan for buyout and save Finch's $600 buyout fee, for which they ignore and treat you poorly.

Hi Sue, Thank you for choosing Finch Nissan. We appreciate you taking additional time to continue providing your feedback over the last month. At no point did we make a promise we did not keep – as well, fault Nissan Canada for your decision on a new vehicle lease. We have communicated with you heavily over the last several weeks and it would appear you are just not accepting the terms of your contract, which you signed at your at your own will and pleasure. You were also given the opportunity to not take delivery of your Kicks when you wanted to negotiate the dollar amount we were willing to give on your Ford. We feel we gave you top-competitive dollar, more than you owed on your vehicle contract with an explanation of it needing approx. $4,000 of reconditioning and safety work in order to sell as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle at Finch. While we appreciate you wanting your payments on certain dates that works better with your budgeting, this is a Nissan Canada Finance contract and once the contract is signed by the customer, they do not allow changes – this is not Finch Nissan. When you met with our Finance Manager, you chose added protections for peace-of-mind and again, were given the option to remove and you chose to keep. That being said, you purchased two, and only removed one. In good conscience weeks after your purchase, we requested a full refund on your behalf from the organization offering the protection to assist with your financial concerns - again, we are not able to apply this or change your current contract with NCF. Lastly, we provided all information to Highbury Ford along with proof that your payoff amount was completed on February 10th and the ownership was received February 11th – we have confirmed this with Highbury Ford. They had all information required to send to Ford Credit Canada, we are sorry to hear and empathize with your frustration that Ford hasn’t been able to identify what is happening on their end. What I find interesting in working with you - when you chose Finch for your 2022 lease, you expressed very similar concerns with Ford… Take care and happy motoring! Yes, I wasted my time to do a review that was all false! lol Basically, everything YOU are saying is incorrect.....I'm not surprised though and I'm sure anyone reading this would probably agree that buying a new car and dealing with car sales and finance people is not something anyone enjoys. Bottom line is......they did make promises they didn't keep!! I was very clear in my initial email what I wanted and why and at no time did they actually care to even keep this in mind.....it was ALL about selling me that car no matter what. I did try and say let's just forget it as I had so many questions/concerns, which were ignored anyway by email and I was told oh just come in and we will discuss. Right! Yes, I did have issues with Ford too....so what, big deal, you are all the same anyway, but at least they rectified the pmt issue and even had a Ford Credit Supervisor call me back. Nissan keeps sending me surveys about my experience, but what is the point if they don't do anything about it? They are the big company, and I'm just a nobody and there is no winning no matter what....I think if my title was VP of Customer Relations and I still had NO say in making things right when it comes to customer satisfaction I would be defensive too. Maybe they would like to tell me just how much they turned around and sold my 2018 Ford Ecosport with only 44K's on it for?? Pretty sure they would not have wanted this deal if it was not a profit for them. It's all about the $$$$$
