Lease buyout. They don't make any money, so you get very polite bad service. Had an appointment for noon with the service manager. drove two hours to get there. Three other people were in and out of his office while he tied up deals. At two o'clock we could get in to see him. Did the paperwork, but he said he couldn't issue a bill of sale that day, that it would be done the next. Se we are driving a technically unregistered vehicle. He finally got the paperwork done a week later and mailed it out (he said). Two weeks later we still don't have it. I sure hope we don't get stopped. Very polite bad service. Don't lease from them, you are no longer a place they might make a profit, so they don't care and treat you politely like sh. If you have a lease return or buyout, bypass the dealer and deal right with the company, in this case nissan. The dealer will do you over. More
I needed a new lease. ...decided to try Nissan instead of Ford again...big mistake! They would not redo my lease contract even though it had not been 30 days.....every time I asked got a different excuse why they couldn't do anything to help me with my issues, and or they ignored me. Try to call Nissan Canada....forget it....20 callers ahead of me obviously I'm not the only one with problems. Once when I did get thru I was told yes go back to the dealer and have my contract redone asap, but of course, when I told the dealership this more excuses why they couldn't do that. Everyone just washes their hands of it and no one will help right the errors or the fact I was ripped off for my trade in. Cannot believe how dishonest and unhelpful this dealership was to me. Even involved the VP of Customer Relations thinking that might make a difference.....nope. My payment dates are not what I asked for and cannot be changed, my trade in allowance was way too low but no one even told me what it was, I asked to decline the Vehicle Armour package and instead of redoing my lease they are now sending me a cheque for the full amount even though I am in a 5 year lease and it's not even been paid for yet. Totally different company who will refund Nissan so not sure why they could not redo my contract to change my pmt amounts....now I pay the same amount which was the whole point to begin with....lower pmts . On top of that, when they paid off Ford my remaining lease amount they hand delivered the cheque as Highbury Ford were not co-operating and then they only took the ownership copy not the original, so now after a month and a half Ford Credit is now saying I'm 3 pmts behind as Highbury Ford has not sent in the Nissan Cheque to cover my balance, which in turn is affecting my credit rating from both companies but nobody will take responsibility in helping me out. Total lack of compassion from both of them as if I'm the problem, when all's I wanted to do was get a new lease vehicle and I made it VERY clear what I could afford etc. They take advantage of single women and do not explain anything contrary to what their website says about "transparent transactions" big joke. When I asked if the trade in amount could be negotiated I got a big fat NO. I should have walked out there and then, but I am of the mind that people can be trusted etc....mistake on my part for sure. They will now go ahead and sell my trade in which was in perfect condition with low miles and make alot more than the measly amount they gave me for it. It is beyond frustrating, and all I get is "sorry"....well that isn't paying my bills is it?!? They are hoping I just give up and go away, but oh no problem constantly telling me to make sure I answer the survey they will send me so they don't get in trouble for that. I filled it out alright lol Then they sent me a second one as they knew I was not happy, but what good is it going to do?? This could of all been easily resolved just by redoing my lease contract but there was no way they were doing that and I just cannot understand why not. :( This form needs to be redone as nothing was virtual anymore so those questions are not relevent.
