I paid too much because it was suppose to be in mint condition. Know it before the purchase, i did not buy it or negotiate more. I ask for compensation but they act like they are died. Jason tell me that Nazar (boss) will call me but not now because he has a stomach problem, after he was in vacation and finally never call me. I paid 899$ plus tx for safety certification for knowing if everything is right with the vehicle. They didn't tell me about the paint or the motor. I only receive a QR code that doesn't work when i try to look at it. Alex Zeveluk, the finance guy tell me that i can have a better price if i finance it. At the beginning it was 6,99%, after, 6,79% and it turn to be 7,99%. He tell me that is a fully open borrow and i can pay it totally when i want. I tell him i will close the borrow next week because i have a better rate with my bank. He change his words to say that i need to keep the borrow at 7,99% with their connection TD Bank at least 6 month. I look at my contract that is fully open and there's no 6 month so i clear it the next week. Alex try to xxxxxxxx me when he tell that 5,45 with the bank is like 9% with them. At the end, i send them a formal notice that they refuse to take. I live in Québec. I began my case with small claims court for paying more than the value of the véhicule. More

We had our current car written off by insurance. We visited this dealer as they had a few options that we were interested. We spoke with salesman Jason. Jason also stated it would get new brakes. “All their cars get new brakes before being sold”. We gave deposit sign the paperwork and drove our two hours home. Once we got home which was a Saturday we discussed more about the purchases. After crunching numbers we decided it was just a bit too much. We emailed Alex and informed we wanted to cancel the sale. He followed up on Monday and said sorry you are out your deposit as we have already started the safety. When I asked him if the car would have new brakes he said only if they need it. Also during the financing conversation Jason the sales rep had forget to put deposit receipt in the folder. He called Jason and asked for it and once off the call did not have anything nice to say about his sales rep. All in all a terrible experience. Just kept trying to sell me something else instead of listening to me when I asked about negotiating our deposit back as we know that they do not have too. Would not recommend this dealer at all. I was spoken to like I was just a dumb woman by Dmytro and I was told I would have a rental due to this but none was provided by Jason. I was told I’d be reimbursed my money for a car I rented by Anastasia but now nobody is returning my calls. Now my car parked in a parking lot until December 4th. I drove it for less than 30 km before it broke down. Now my calls are being screened. I am no longer able to reach the dealership. I bought what I thought was a reliable vehicle but is not. I am not able to drive my kids to and from school, go to work, take them to much needed doctors appointments, meetings. Nothing! More

We also purchased a $6900 warranty from People's Choice through FAVORIT and in 57,000kms had FI from Favorit. We are dealing with Adam Al-Dawaimeh. We also purchased a $6900 warranty from People's Choice through FAVORIT and in 57,000kms had FIVE oil changes. We experienced what other GM owners have with this engine - bent push rod and value replacement for $4K. This is a known problem with this engine (also in Denali and other models). People's Choice failed to honor the warranty and Adam will not respond despite being briefed on the issue and committing to assisting in dealing with Peoples Choice. Adam continues to sell this warranty despite knowing the provider is not honoring the warranty. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS. More
