Disappointed with Our Purchase Experience at Falls Chevrolet Buick GMC We recently purchased a 2024 Buick Envision from Falls Chevrolet Buick GMC and, unfortunately, our experience has left us ques Chevrolet Buick GMC We recently purchased a 2024 Buick Envision from Falls Chevrolet Buick GMC and, unfortunately, our experience has left us questioning whether we would consider this dealership again for future purchases. Several issues arose during and after the transaction that caused significant concern: - The dealership added VIN Etching and a Vehicle Armor Nitrogen Road Hazard Warranty package to our Bill of Sale without our consent. These charges were only discovered when we received the final Bill of Sale at vehicle pickup. Even more troubling, the Bill of Sale indicated a date of consent that was six days prior to when any purchase decision had been made. - There was an unexplained difference of approximately 175 kilometers between the vehicle's actual odometer reading at delivery and the mileage documented across all official paperwork—including the purchase agreement, extended warranty, and financing documents. - The remaining balance from our previous lease was initially added to the new vehicle's Bill of Sale and taxed. While the lease balance was removed to be paid at time of delivery, the sales tax from that erroneous charge remained and was incorporated into the financed total—resulting in an inflated vehicle cost. - Key services such as the vehicle warranty, XM Radio, and OnStar data were activated 10 days before we even picked up the vehicle. This reduced the duration of services we were expecting from the date of delivery. These cumulative issues reflect a lack of transparency and care in the handling of our purchase. We brought these concerns to the dealership's attention, but the way they were addressed has left us disappointed and wary of engaging with them again in the future. We hope others take this into account when considering where to purchase their next vehicle. Transparency and trust are essential—and unfortunately, we felt both were lacking in this recent experience. More
BIG NO. I want to warn people to avoid this dealership. If you're looking for a headache, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t even give them “1 STAR” if it weren’t mandatory to select at least one. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I’ve been having an ongoing technical issue with my truck ( 60k mileage) ( under warranty)a. The problem is a noise and vibrations at highway speeds. I took my truck to this dealership hoping for resolution. Instead, I’ve been stuck with poor service, lack of communication, and zero follow-up. Initially, my truck was kept for the whole day. At the end of the day, I received a call saying they couldn’t replicate the noise and vibrations I had shown them. I immediately took the truck back on the highway, and guess what? The issue was still there. I emailed the SERVICE MANAGER- ANTHONY RIZZARDO to address this, but I only got a response saying he could join me for a test drive. I requested an appointment, but I never heard back. I showed up in person, and was told that the shop foreman would come with me for a test drive. I agreed, and we scheduled a road test. The foreman confirmed the noise and vibrations. At least he acknowledged the problem. When I came back a third time, they They had my truck for two days and all they did was take it for a road test. I was told they gathered data on the torque converter and would send it to their engineering team. However, after several days, I received no updates. I contacted GM Canada and opened a case, hoping for a better solution. After two weeks of back-and-forth with both the dealership and GM Canada, I got no resolution. GM Canada told me they were still waiting for a response from the Service Manager. Then, GM Canada called me and asked to have my truck for further diagnosis. I agreed, asking when to drop it off. They told me to contact the dealership directly. I tried multiple times, only to get vague responses and no clear plan. GM Canada continued to follow up, asking when I would drop off the truck. I explained to them that the dealership had provided no concrete answers. GM Canada then advised me to show up directly at the dealership. They said they would email SERVICE MANAGER- ANTHONY, let him know I was coming, and prepare a loaner vehicle for me. When I showed up at the dealership, I was told that Anthony hadn’t received any email from GM Canada, and they were completely unprepared for my visit. I called GM Canada while I was still at the dealership, and they confirmed that emails had been sent with timelines, proving that the SERVICE MANAGER had lied. Anthony is the person who sends out feedback emails to customers after each service visit, but in my case, he clearly wasn’t following through. If he ever asks for feedback, I will certainly give him the honest review he deserves. After more discussions with GM Canada and the dealership, they told me they didn’t have any loaner vehicles available. At this point, the service advisor asked GM Canada what would happen if something went wrong while I continued driving the truck with the unresolved issue. They wanted to know who would be responsible — the dealership or GM Canada. This was their way of covering their ***, telling me to keep driving the truck until something happens. I drive 70 kilometers each way for work every day, and now I had to drop off my truck without a loaner vehicle. There are plenty of good dealerships out there that care about their customers and prioritize customer satisfaction, but I am completely disappointed by the service I received here. The SERVICE MANAGER, ANTHONY, is unprofessional and needs customer satisfaction training. EVEN IF THIS DEALER OFFERED ME A FREE VEHICLE, I STILL WOULDN’T TAKE IT. That’s how frustrated I am. It has been 2 months Yet, my issue remains unresolved. I urge others to avoid Falls Chevy GM - Niagara Falls at all costs. More

As the saying goes, only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. During negotiations the price kept going up, even with higher down payments. Crooked dealership that should cause GM corporate great emba give zero. During negotiations the price kept going up, even with higher down payments. Crooked dealership that should cause GM corporate great embarrassment. Not sure how they are able to operate when they clearly do not abide by OMVICs rules and regulations. I should have known better than to consider them after hearing so many nightmare stories. A disappointment on all levels. Do yourself a favour and buy or lease elsewhere More

I came to this dealership to look at getting a vehicle for my family but it was the worst experience, as I came in the door the woman who answers the phones looked up at me then turned around as I was tr for my family but it was the worst experience, as I came in the door the woman who answers the phones looked up at me then turned around as I was trying to ask her something, as we were looking at vehicles i heard her say "dam xxxxxxx" as a person of color i was HIGHLY offended and left immediately as my children who were with me heard and and did not want them to see how upset i was. I am disgusted and alarmed such a big company such as General Motors has employees who have racist hatred towards other cultures. I will be taking my business elsewhere I did notice the person's name, which is Carrie. I want others to be aware and know that this dealership has racist's who are employed there so they can go to another brand preferably. More
