hello writing about my experience with easy credit. I got my car two years as go and my salesman Mo was great. since then Mo is not there anymore. I have tried twice to get in touch to talk to someone the first time they called and cancelled the day of. and recently because of the covid-19 we set up a phone meeting about trading up. when I called got a nice salesman out of Cambridge, but then it got taken over from a guy named Jeff who set a time to call me. needless to say he never called I called about 3 times finally left a message. about an hour later I get a message from someone different telling me Jeff is on a conference call can we make it another day. I guess I am saying shouldn't book appt with a customer while having a conference call and can't message or call me to let me know. maybe it's time to find a new dealer to deal with. More

Evil, corrupt, greedy, abusive and soulless company I am appalled by this business. STAY AWAY!! This business will likely destroy your hard earned credit if you get injured, sick or lose your job. T I am appalled by this business. STAY AWAY!! This business will likely destroy your hard earned credit if you get injured, sick or lose your job. These people remind me of the mafia, and will not give any realistic leeway. Do not trust any positive reviews, the staff at Ezee Credit encourage you right away to leave a review. The Ezee Credit staff are the ones who make this company money, because without them, Action Auto would be bankrupt. The staff at Ezee Credit are wonderful and kind, to a manipulative detriment since they are the ones who lure people in to torment. The finance/legal staff at Action Auto are cruel, greedy, unethical, immoral and lie through their teeth. I have no idea how these people sleep at night, thinking they are entitled to treat people the way they do. They took possession of the car without calling us prior. They also shut down the car after a month of missed payment, and despite proof of my fiance's bank statements. Apparently they cannot grasp the concept of someone getting injured and losing their job. He injured his foot and was unable to work, and was finishing a course for an insurance company. And prior to this, he made his payments. NEVER sign a lease with them. They have used pressure and scare tactics to get me to pay for my fiance's payment, money which I did not have at the time. They even had the nerve to suggest that I be the owner of his lease. Despite being aware that I was handling all the living expenses AND them already having possession of the car after two months of missed payments. They also insisted on asking family for money despite being told that his parents on living off pension. They called the police on us, claiming my fiance threatened the owner, which was false since I was sitting beside my fiance while he talked on the phone. Michelle, one of the employees, claimed he threatened the owner and she was "scared" for the employees and the owner's safety. My fiance was understandably devastated and angry on the phone as they scared me into giving him money which left me incredibly short and very stressed. The fact that Michelle Spilsbury lied about this, and played victim is repulsive for any employee of any profession. She should be fired for abusing her position, and have charges pressed against her for lying about something as serious as threat of physical violence. Apparently basic psychology is lost on these demonic people when their costumers are stressed and righteously angry. They are pathetic spineless cowards who are on power trips. If I did anything close to their behaviour toward my clients, I would lose my license and be facing charges in court. The officer showed up more than 12 hours after the supposed "threats." In any true emergency regarding safety, people call the cops immediately, not 12 hours after the fact. The officer commented on that he found this very questionable on their part. The officer was actually apologetic and annoyed, as he stated that it was a waste of his time to show up to us. He cautioned us about this company. That is unforgivable, to abuse public emergency services for fake claims. They should be fined for abusing tax payers money. My fiance on many occasions drove out of his way to see them, calling, emailing, waiting for long periods of time for a response, offering reasonable compromises that other leasing companies would agree on, and they have refused to budge time and again. Continuing to use bully and scare tactics. Many people who I have talked to about this situation have been horrified and shocked at how we have been treated and the outrageous car payments they expect. The emails have been proof enough. There have been also quite a few people who warned us they would never take a lease from them, knowing their reputation and how they abuse others. They think whatever is on paper justifies their gluttony for money at the expense of others. The last nail on the coffin, they suggested hoping to find a "reasonable" negotiation, despite them being anything but reasonable. It is honestly heartbreaking and laughable. They are threatening to fine him about $17,000 for a economic 2015 Ford Focus. And charged him roughly over $600 a month for such a car. Most people who are middle class cannot afford such a gross car payment a month. A car which is not even a luxury vehicle. This is legal and horrifying theft. Even those who are well off would never pay half a thousand dollars for a basic car. $200-$300 a month is the usual standard and actually REASONABLE. All I can say is to anyone who had the time to read this, please never sign up with them. I would never want to see someone being taken advantage of and go through this. I imagine the reply from Action Auto will be anger inducing, justifying themselves how they have been innocent. Likely shift blame onto my fiance, and be carefully and meticulously well worded; regurgitating their contract as though it is the word of God himself. I am prepared to see what their "reasonable" negotiation will be like. But after all the stunts they have pulled, I lost any faith that they even have a heart to give a single care about their costumers and their loved ones. EDIT: The ACTUAL final nail in the coffin: cannot find this review on google, even though I can see this in my google account. I wrote it around 0600 on Saturday and my fiance read it only a few hours later. Yet it was gone by the afternoon. Edited on Jan 21: It is now up.
