hello writing about my experience with easy credit. I got my car two years as go and my salesman Mo was great. since then Mo is not there anymore. I have tried twice to get in touch to talk to someone the fi my car two years as go and my salesman Mo was great. since then Mo is not there anymore. I have tried twice to get in touch to talk to someone the first time they called and cancelled the day of. and recently because of the covid-19 we set up a phone meeting about trading up. when I called got a nice salesman out of Cambridge, but then it got taken over from a guy named Jeff who set a time to call me. needless to say he never called I called about 3 times finally left a message. about an hour later I get a message from someone different telling me Jeff is on a conference call can we make it another day. I guess I am saying shouldn't book appt with a customer while having a conference call and can't message or call me to let me know. maybe it's time to find a new dealer to deal with. More
