Would not recommend - Brought my truck in to look at the brakes and perform the repair. My initial appointment was for only the diagnostic review and price quote, which was not explained by the service mana brakes and perform the repair. Then I had to make another appointment to have them perform the job the following week, they mentioned it would take about 2.5 hours and I should be out by noonish. Brought my truck in at 10am (appointment time) and stayed in the waiting room until the truck should have been ready by noonish. I approached the counter to ask when my truck would be completed to find out they had not even brought it into the garage to start the work. They did not mention they were down one mechanic so they would be behind in their appts and it may take longer to complete the work. They continued to banter among themselves about the missing mechanic and a client that was truly upset with delays during his visit, which in hindsight should have been a warning to me as well. They took in the truck after their meal break and after a couple of hours advised that there would be additional work to be done and the quote of $500 ended up to a total of $1400 plus. I recommend asking them for all parts replaced to ensure and validate any additional work. Poor communication at the beginning could have saved me a whole day waiting at the service dept. Unprofessional and unacceptable under the new management. This also occurred with the previous management and with out vehicles. Following day, the brakes were still making a new noise which I had to call and bring back the truck for another service call as they did not provide me with brakes that were 100% serviced and tested before releasing the vehicle to me. I will not be returning to waste more of my time and hard earned money. More
We have 3 dodge vehicles. Liam, went out of his way for us many times. He actually really cares and definitely does all he can to get through all the corporate xx to ensure Cu Liam, went out of his way for us many times. While the service manager was nice to deal with, the owner and their principles are very low. My experience: Brought a still on warranty Grand Cherokee on Dec 2023 for the starter. For a simple piece like this, the car stayed two months "waiting on pieces". Car restarted having starting problems again in October 2024, they found no issues but I still had to pay for 2 hrs diagnostics after two days wait and again on Jan 2025, one month after both the warranty on the car and repairs were expired, as if in a timer. This third visit, initial diagnostic after two days wait was "it's the starter, we will replace" and then that changed after they spent almost 3 hrs diagnosing to a "possible electrical issue". When I asked how much would this cost, I was answered "depends on how long it takes to find the issue" with no estimate of a maximum. I then told I wanted to take my car back because of no estimate and the two consecutive previous bad experiences: strike three! I mentioned I will not go back, to what the service manager was nice enough to only charge me 2 hours and took upon itself to see if he could get the owner to further discount the session (to be clear, I did not ask for it) and I overhead the owner said: if we were not given the chance to fix it, no discount. Let us find the issue "and then we will sit like adults and negotiate a possible agreement" in a rather offensive tone. If the owner himself thinks so little of their customers, I wonder how some employees are actually nice: I got one of the employees who volunteered on boosting my car prior to towing it to the garage, which was very nice. Lastly, went to pick up my car from the lot to find they did not reassemble the whole and left a piece on the floor uninstalled, car full of snow inside as they did not bother to even remove the excess of snow from their boots. Went inside and complain and the piece was not properly installed (they did not reconnected the wires). I guess my recommendation is: only go there if you must, otherwise stay clear! I felt in my case the owner felt it was an opportunity to profit from my misery with their car. I will be selling and never buy a Chrysler made car. More

Went to purchase a car they gave me a price for my trade in but that it wouldn’t be guaranteed when the car is ready because of market value. Then the sales person told me that if I wanted to guaranty then in but that it wouldn’t be guaranteed when the car is ready because of market value. Then the sales person told me that if I wanted to guaranty then price I would have the give my trade in right away, so I made araingements to have a car while I waited to have the new car. 3 days later they tell me they won’t give me the price that they offered for the trade in ( they knocked of 2k). They gave a fake price that they would of never given me so I purchase the car. Very shady dealings. More
Brought my van for check exhaust, a/c not working,told them i had a noise in back in the winter but now i dont hear it , so never mind about that, when. I picked up my van 271$ later, they said my front pipe leaking around 1000$ to replace,a/c rear Evaporator leaking 1500$ never hooked up a/c machine and checked,checked and said my exhaust is hitting trailer hitch (purchased van there and they installed it) when to a friend garaged and they put a/c tracer die in system now we are in Septembre (3 months later ) air conditioner is still working fine, After this experience with Excellence Chrysler vaudreuil i will not go back or even buy a car from them again Very shady !!! While my truck was under guarantee with only one month left I lost Prestone, went to dealership where they charged me for a diagnostic and oil change of $450.oo and said the truck was fine, no problems... left I lost Prestone, went to dealership where they charged me for a diagnostic and oil change of $450.oo and said the truck was fine, no problems...now how can you lose Prestone with no problems I ask. After left than a few thousand kilometres losing Prestone again, went to my reputable mechanic who I have been doing business with for the past 20 years for a different problem and he said on Cold Start he could smell Preston and that there is a problem and advised me to go back to the Dealership. Well now the Dealership wants to charge me again for a diagnostic they had just done a few thousand kilometers ago, what can change - one under guarantee and the other not - I am sure they will find a problem now that I am not under guarantee. Friendly staff but useless mechanic department. Don't go there is you don't have to. I will not be thinking of purchasing any vehicle there again and I advise anyone to rethink also. More
Excellent customer service, had an issue, and co-owner contacted me the next day, and resolved the issue.
