I had a disappointing experience at Erin Mills Mazda. I scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and expected to be treated professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The sales I scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived on time, and expected to be treated professionally. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The sales associate I was originally scheduled to meet made me wait 20 minutes, only to inform me that he was still busy with another customer. I was then passed off to a different sales rep, who I spoke with for about 30 minutes before her own clients arrived, at which point I was handed off to yet another sales rep. Throughout the entire process, I felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously as a potential customer. Despite my frustrating experience, I still followed up two days later via text with the last sales rep to discuss a car further, but I never received a response. This experience left me feeling undervalued and ignored. If you're considering this dealership, be prepared for poor communication and disorganized service. I would not recommend it based on my experience and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere! More
They were fantastic and very helpful throughout the whole process. Got a Mazda CX-30 2025 and I have never had such an easy experience with a dealership before until I visited this one. So my wife and I almost walked out of the deal until the finance manger stepped in. I talk to the general manger of the dealership and she said the whole situation should have been handled differently at their end. So they were wrong. And Al East they admitted it. They offered me a free oil change which is about 50 dollars their cost which is peanuts. If you’re looking for a Mazda they have a lot in stock. But do not trade in your vehicle. The used car manager will rip you off More
I wish I could give 0 stars for the way we got treated today at this dealership. We also just came from a Chevrolet dealership, where we got treated so respectfully. The sales rep at Erin mills Mazda was today at this dealership. We also just came from a Chevrolet dealership, where we got treated so respectfully. The sales rep at Erin mills Mazda was extremely rude and had very unapproachable attitude. He was not even ready to make us sit and give us a quote until we asked him to. Since we were on a budget, we were trying to take our discussion home by politely telling the rep. But he kept pushing us to a level where he said “if you can’t afford then you have to step down. Why do you want leather seats, why do you want a sun roof.?” Well quite simply because it’s our wish. And if it was over our budget, it was up to us to buy a car or not. But this man said that we can’t buy a car in our budget. Even when we said we would come back later, he kept asking for a number that would work for us, and when we did he kept passing these absurd comments. He also said would I ask for the same number if I was at BMW. Well, does BMW sell cars for 28k? He’s the one who asked what would work for us. He said if our budget was so low, why don’t we go to Honda and get a sedan. When I told him that Honda civic comes up to 37k-40k, and it’s expensive he got defensive and raised his voice asking if I thought Mazda was cheap. It was almost intimidating. He also kept repeating that he’s only working so late (7.30-8pm) because we “seemed” like serious buyers. I don’t know, do people walk into car dealerships for window shopping? He did not show us a break up, kept mixing up models and prices, wouldn’t let us look for other models and wouldn’t even let us leave. He kept going to his manager to bring us different deals but it just wasn’t what we were looking for and that should not be his problem. He said he has 14 years of experience, I wonder if he coerced and intimidated people into taking his deals. More
Kawaldeep was a nightmare to deal with. He is easily one of the worst communicators I have ever dealt with. He started chasing me to return my lease earlier despite having no benefit in it He is easily one of the worst communicators I have ever dealt with. He started chasing me to return my lease earlier despite having no benefit in it for me. He called me no fewer than 3 times in 6 months even though I told him from the start that I was buying out the lease at the end of the term. Today, I had a 2 pm appointment with him to complete the buy-out but when I arrived at the dealership he was nowhere to be found. It took 15 minutes just to figure out that he wasn't even in the building!!! That's some way to treat a customer! When he finally arrived, 25 minutes late, I was offered a lame apology - delivered with as much sincerity you'd give your teacher when trying to explain that the dog ate your homework. Eventually, another manager got involved and completed the transaction. If the staff had been this incompetent when I leased there 4 years ago I would have run the other way. This place has gone downhill is a serious way. Stay away, you've been warned. More
I bought a car from them and they promised a delivery in March 2024. The delivery delayed by 2 months. They verbally promised to give free oil changes, they backed off. The entire team is a team of liars wh March 2024. The delivery delayed by 2 months. They verbally promised to give free oil changes, they backed off. The entire team is a team of liars who show opportunity without real commitment. There is no point in escalating as it goes to deaf ears. Very disappointing experience and avoid them like a plague. Never sign or give a deposit as they would hold it against you for 5 moths and would take their own sweet time. They expect you to honour your commitments but they themselves would not. Get everything in writing to avoid being scammed by them. This ordeal has scarred me for life. More
The purchasing experience was beyond terrible. We should have walked away instead of letting them grind us down the way they did. We stupidly allowed ourselves to get sucked into the rust warranty We should have walked away instead of letting them grind us down the way they did. We stupidly allowed ourselves to get sucked into the rust warranty. To add insult to injury, I stopped by with rust today, and was advised to go to a body shop. I have been buying new cars for forty years and have never dealt with a dealership as bad as this one. Run, do not walk. More
I gave a glowing review in March assuming that the Sales Manager would live up to his promise to supply a missing cargo cover AFTER the deal was completed. Now, over 2 months later, this part has not been Manager would live up to his promise to supply a missing cargo cover AFTER the deal was completed. Now, over 2 months later, this part has not been supplied and the people I dealt with will not respond to my email. Apparently the promise to supply this cover was a FIB to complete the sale without any intention to live up to the promise. I am very disappointed. More
Our experience with Erin Mills Mazda, particularly dealing with Kawaldeep, was extremely disappointing. Initially promised a car for December, they failed to deliver, and when we opted for a different dealing with Kawaldeep, was extremely disappointing. Initially promised a car for December, they failed to deliver, and when we opted for a different model in February, they assured us a CX-50 by February 15th, 2024. However, just two days prior, Kawaldeep informed us that the car mysteriously "disappeared." When we sought to reclaim our $1000 deposit, they were uncooperative, refusing until we pressed for nearly 50 minutes. Erin Mills Mazda employs aggressive tactics, disregards promises, and makes refund processes needlessly difficult. Avoid this dealership at all costs; they do not prioritize customer satisfaction and will not hesitate to manipulate you into unfavorable deals. More
