We went in to drive test a Mazda3 & Mazda CX30 but after reaching there, we were told that the Mazda 3 was mysteriously missing. We were told that the Mazda3 timelines are very long (This along with the mis reaching there, we were told that the Mazda 3 was mysteriously missing. We test drove the Mazda CX30 and started understanding the performance and price aspects. After coming back, we wanted to go and check at other dealers, however, Moiz (Sales person) gave us an offer for CX30 which got us interested (Discounted price + free services). He shook my hand and went to discuss further with his manager (Rajit) - Another Red flag. Upon Rajit's involvement, the situation took a turn for the worse. We were presented with two options—reducing the price in exchange for forfeiting the complimentary services or increasing the price while retaining the free services. These options contradicted our initial agreement with Moiz, leading to a loss of interest on our part. Moiz called us afterwards and used ambiguous wordings to make us interested again, however, as they do not honor their words, I would definitely not be going to this dealership again and would suggest others to stay away from this dealership as well. The behavior of sales people here is nothing different from typical sales persons and you can find a better an reliable deals elsewhere. Sales person should not be individually making offers that they cannot secure approval for from their managers. Don't fall for their offers: They want you to remain committed but they can back out at any moment. No wonder this dealership has a lot of bad reviews online. More

Salesperson are great, I brought my car with them. But the financial group CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!!! DON’T SELL CARS TO THEM. I went there to make a deal on Thursday. When I came back on Monday financial person told me they can not give me money after I give them the car(Totally opposite from what salesperson said) but I understand them. Financial person PROMISED me money will be ready on Tuesday afternoon. Come back on Tuesday, guess what? They have the cheque but not the signatures, so another NO. My flight is on Wednesday morning, that financial guy told me he will even call me 6 am Wednesday morning before flight to let me have the money. Now I am boarding, I didn’t get even a call from them a whole time. Even they promised every time they will contact me. Don’t make promises if you can’t make it happened. More

Worse experience with a dealer ever. I bought a new car and made a 1000 CA$ deposit. They gave me the VIM number a I insured the car. But when I went to pick it up they told me that the car had been sold!! and made a 1000 CA$ deposit. They gave me the VIM number a I insured the car. Thank you Erin Mills Mazda for your incompetence and terrible customer service. We got so focused on buying a car, we neglected to first read online reviews. I cannot imagine how much more stress your dealership would have added to my purchase and future servicing of that vehicle, had I not gotten fed up after you gave us the run-around for 5 days and I went to another dealership who does know customer service. After your Director of Finance could not bother to put any effort into our application for financing nor sales team in finalizing a purchase price, we got fed up and went to another dealership. Within “1 business day” and continuous communication, the other dealership had financing in place and 2 days later we took delivery of our new mazda.. Lesson learned - read reviews before making major purchases and most importantly, read all the 1 star reviews. If there are many and with similar experiences, I personally, would not trust the 4 and 5 star reviews. More
