Should be called Erin lies fake dealership Worst and most unprofessional staff and customer experience. I went to buy a jeep and paid the downpayment,did all the paper work, say for a bazillion Worst and most unprofessional staff and customer experience. I went to buy a jeep and paid the downpayment,did all the paper work, say for a bazillion hours and signed on every sheet they had to only have them tell me the next day "what about this car" (which is not the car I had paid for or ordered). They pretty much didn't have the car in stock and cheaped out to order it. My question is why sell it to me from the beginning ! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. If you are looking for a trusted place to buy a car don't go there, you are probably better off at Autotrader lol. More

Excellent Had a very great experience at Erin Dodge from the time we first met our sales Lady Michelle. Michelle let us look with out making us feel pressured Had a very great experience at Erin Dodge from the time we first met our sales Lady Michelle. Michelle let us look with out making us feel pressured or rushed. She understood our time restrictions as we had our 2 little kids with us while looking for a van. Michelle made the whole experience from beginning to end flawless and actually enjoyable. She was very personal and knew exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond her call of duty. Michelle felt like a great friend who we had know for years yet we just met her. Michelle is a blessing to any dealership and Erin Dodge should be happy and proud of the wonderful employee they have "Michelle". Would definitely deal with no one else then Michelle. She will be our sales lady for life! More

In the fall of 2015, I had started my search for a brand new 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I quickly discovered that I had started too late. By this time, there were no 2 door base model Wranglers available in Ontario. Discouraged, I decided a "newer" 2015 would be acceptable. My search brought me to Erin Dodge Chrysler in Mississauga, almost 500 kms from my home in Ottawa. Within a few minutes of talking with this positive, energetic woman, Vania had restored my hope. Absolutely terrible customer service from sales people. I was considering buying a Jeep Cherokee and visited this dealership. I met this salesperson called Moe Shaikh, and my god was he a terrible salespers I was considering buying a Jeep Cherokee and visited this dealership. I met this salesperson called Moe Shaikh, and my god was he a terrible salesperson to say the least. He essentially pressured, if not forced, me to constantly add extended warranties, accessories and other unwanted options despite my constant rejection. Later on, he acted very rude as I wasn't interested in buying it from there anymore and talked as if I knew nothing about cars and that his dealership is essentially the best in Canada. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience ever. I've bought many cars before for many years and I've never seen such disastrous customer service in my life. Do not visit this dealership. More
