Excellent, accomodating and on time. I brought my 2005 Jeep Liberty into the service center on Aug 4, 2016 at 7:50 am with a horrible grinding noise coming from what appeared to be the A I brought my 2005 Jeep Liberty into the service center on Aug 4, 2016 at 7:50 am with a horrible grinding noise coming from what appeared to be the AC compressor. This was one of the warmest days of the summer and i needed my car repaired that day. I spoke to service advisor Aaron and he quickly checked me in and said he would everything possible to assess the cause and determine a corrective action. He arranged for the shuttle service to drop me off at work (just a few blocks from the dealership). As promised within a couple of hours he called me back to confirm it was indeed the AC compressor and that it required replacement. He provided an estimate at which time i gave him the go-ahead for the repair. He reported that my truck should be completed by that afternoon. After work at 4:00 pm i was dropped off at the dealership by a co-worker and was told that my truck was almost ready. Within 15 minutes was truck was completed and Aaron quickly completed the paperwork and passed it on to the cashier Rebeca. Aaron came into the waiting lounge and told me it was ready to go and i could cash out. Rebeca quickly cashed me out and i was on my way. before i left the dealership i checked under the hood and observed that the new compressor was installed , there were no leaks, the AC worked great and all appeared very clean. I must say i was impressed. Easy-peasy with no drama or complications and the price was as estimated. Well done folks! Great people, kudos to both Aaron who was an excellent Service Advisor and to Rebeca the cashier who finished off the transaction smoothly and with a smile. 5 out 5 for customer service....
