I had already made up mind to the vehicle that I wanted and with Vania guidance we took the beautiful car out for a spin. Vania, got with Frank one of the Finance manager's to give me a great deal on the car. Frank was so impressive, he provided options, considered my best interests and got the best financing rate that he could for me. Erin Dodge is the one shop stop....Great environment, great people who treat you as part of the Erin Dodge family, they got the car financed, dealt with the insurance company, got the licence plates, put gas in the car, and wished me well. Great Listening makes for Great Sales We were very disillusioned with Jeep in general when we drove for miles to negotiate a deal for a Renegade sport advertised with air conditioning. On delivery after reading the manual we discovered thst there was no air. The other dealer refunded our money fully but would not offer much of a price cut even after all our problems. We decided to go to Erin Dodge. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. If we said we were browsing,we would have been left to browse. Since we knew exactly what we wanted,we were introduced to Qasim Khan. He devoted his full attention to our story and then went in the other dealer's inventory to find what we wanted. The Jeep had to be picked up and prepared for us which he managed to orchestrate in 2 days. This was greatly appreciated as our 2nd car was already gone at this point. More
