On delivery after reading the manual we discovered thst there was no air. The other dealer refunded our money fully but would not offer much of a price cut even after all our problems. We decided to go to Erin Dodge. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. If we said we were browsing,we would have been left to browse. Since we knew exactly what we wanted,we were introduced to Qasim Khan. He devoted his full attention to our story and then went in the other dealer's inventory to find what we wanted. The Jeep had to be picked up and prepared for us which he managed to orchestrate in 2 days. This was greatly appreciated as our 2nd car was already gone at this point. More

The honesty and up-frontness of the dealership and staff is incredible. This is my second vehicle from the dealership and it is honestly the only place I'd go for a hassle-free and worry-free experience. Kat is very friendly and would do anything she could to help. She is very knowledgable and gives great advice. Trent is also a great manager! The cars themselves are amazing. If you are one of those "Don't buy domestic" people, then I feel sorry for your loss of an experience driving one of the greatest SUV's made. Jeep is an amazing car. The quality is incredible and rivals any of the biggest brand names. Their service centre which I have tried is amazing with a quick lube service and honest, decent prices and qualified, trusted, quality work and recommendations. The brand, dealership, Kat, and Trent have my loyalty when purchasing a vehicle. More

Dishonest on so many levels. We ordered a brand new Jeep Rubicon from the factory for my wife. The salesman told us the exact large discount off of list price we were getting, th We ordered a brand new Jeep Rubicon from the factory for my wife. The salesman told us the exact large discount off of list price we were getting, then we went on the website to discover he didn't discount it at all. Caught in a lie by this "Christian" man, we then dealt with a different person. Then we discovered that when they ordered her vehicle, they didn't order all of the options on her contract. They did not tell us that they didn't order the vehicle detailed in her contract. They hoped we wouldn't notice. We wondered at the time why they didn't do the usual walk-around and vehicle familiarity. They left the Jeep in the service bay with the keys in it, and told us to go take it, hoping we would just drive away. There was no salesman around. We noticed the missing options immediately (including air bags). Then they finally admitted that they ordered the wrong options, but they refused to order us the correct vehicle (even though it was their mistake), They said we would have to take delivery, then trade it in as a used vehicle, after negotiating yet another deal on the vehicle that we already ordered once from them. So they made a huge mistake, and wanted us to pay for it. Nice. They back dated the sale to the prior month, so we lost days off our warranty and didn't get the current month cash back program which was much higher. They did not inform us of the implications of back-dating the delivery date. Whatever you do ... avoid this dealership. We all make mistakes, but when you do, you should admit it, and then you should insist on correcting the error, especially when safety is an issue (such as air bags). You should not make others pay for your mistakes, as they did to us. And you should not expect a woman who ordered air bags to drive around with the possibility of injury or death in an accident, because you refused to correct your mistake. They knowingly delivered to a woman a vehicle without the airbags she ordered ... because they screwed up. So instead of driving with the assurance of safety, my wife drives every day knowing that she is not in the safe vehicle she entrusted this dealership to order for her. She must drive knowing that she is not as safe because this dealership cares more about money than her safety. More
Inherited Chrysler from my mother. Required a lock key for wheels as not found in glove box. Enquired as to obtaining new one. Parts employee - Keith Marshall, at service desk, began by searching computer base to accurately identify my specific car to determine category of options it held. From there he was able to resolve my situation through the purchase of regular wheel nuts. Concurrently, he was able to confirm that there were no safety recalls outstanding on my vehicle. As I inherited this vehicle, I was not certain of its complete service history. But Mr. Marshall put my mind at ease as to the car's safety and resolved my initial problem with the wheel nuts. He provided me a couple of options to resolve my issue and I was able to move forward with an appropriate choice. More
