When we first arrived we told Kevin (salesman) that we were looking to replace my wife's fx35 for something comparable. Kevin asked us to wait for a minute while he had to finish up with someone...no problem. Hour later we finally left...not hearing a peep from Kevin. More

Expect to have issues with timing chains, orange rust on new paint, paint is soft and scratches easily, premature windshield cracks (pressure cracks), defective batteries and overall construction. Service Experience I took in my G37XS for oil and filter change and to have my 4 winter tires installed on the current rims, invoice # 102908. My appointment time was 10 I took in my G37XS for oil and filter change and to have my 4 winter tires installed on the current rims, invoice # 102908. My appointment time was 10.00am. I went for lunch with some old business colleagues and returned at 12.10. I was told that my vehicle would not be ready for about another 2 hrs. I said I would go for coffee and then returned in about 45 mins. My car was ready at 3.15, a total of 5 hrs 10 mins. I was disappointed with the long wait as usually for this type of service they have always finished in about two or two and a half hours. They discounted my bill. However to add to my disappointment, of what has previously been very excellent serice, I got home and read the invoice in detail. I read the following note."Passenger front wheel bearing making noise, driver front starting to make noise" These comments were not mentioned at all when I received the invoice and left with my car. Misleading Sales Tactics I have been in discussions with them since last week (Sam is the salesperson) regarding a specific Infiniti QX70 I was interested in. Sam called me again yesterday to ask if I was still interested in it and I said yes I would try and make it down in the next day or 2. He called me again today and I said I wasn't sure when I would make it but I would try today or tomorrow. I ended up having a bit of free time so I called the dealership and was told that Sam was in training so I drove down anyway to have a look. When I arrive Sam is still in training so they get me a different salesman. He can't find the car I was interested in so goes to ask a Manager about it. What Sam neglected to tell me is that the car I was interested in actually sold last week. Needless to say I was a bit angry at this reply as I made a specific trip from Leduc to see this SUV. Had Sam been honest and up front with me right at the beginning I would have been more than happy to have him find me something comparable. Stringing me along for a week just to get me to come to your dealership to try and sell me something else (he sent me a text after I left to say he had something else in mind) is NOT an acceptable business practice. With them being dishonest and unethical, I have no desire to buy from them. I'm also not sure if I will deal with GoAuto as they are part of that group. Since I do most of my business by referral and strongly believe in word of mouth, I thought I would pass this along to anyone that may be in the market for a new vehicle. If you're looking, I would recommend driving right by this dealership as it's not worth stopping in. More

After I purchased the car it was discovered that the lifetime remaining was nowhere near what they promised to me. This was discovered through a third party inspection as well as an inspection at Ericksen. Even though it was proven, and admitted to by them, they refused to take responsibility for this. Essentially the deal was done, and therefore they were done dealing with me as a customer once my cheque cleared. More
