I bought a new vehicle recently and totally disappointed My wife and I went to this dealership. Internet sales person Mr. Sam Siffledeen was my first contact person and Mr. Andriy Burachok (sales manager). My wife and I went to this dealership. Internet sales person Mr. Sam Siffledeen was my first contact person and Mr. Andriy Burachok (sales manager). We agreed to purchase a Brand new demo vehicle Infiniti SUV QX50. Upon driving the vehicle home we noticed a chip on the windshield. Also, noticed the KM reading on the vehicle was not as per indicated on paper. Later noticed a visible dent on the bumper. I communicated to the dealership immediately next day. I requested, why this was not indicated to me during my purchase. Sam indicated he did not notice any of them and in his e-mail indicated it could have happened after possession of the vehicle. I requested them the inspection record of the vehicle, which is usually done during possession of new vehicles. To date, i have not received anything from Sam or dealership. I communicated with the Go-Auto agent, he said they will immediately notify the manager - I have not received any call yet from the manager. Also, I have E-mailed Infinity Canada and Nissan Canada (got e-mails from Google search) regarding my concern and complain - no response received yet. Remain disappointed - We both will never go to this dealership because of this experience. More

Sam Rahall was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was quick to respond via email, text or phone to any questions I had regarding the vehicle and was very fair during negotiations. He went above and beyond expectations when explaining all of the car's features after I made the purchase. Kevin Ngu was also great to deal with, as he was able to provide further details on the car as their "product expert". He is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti brand. My experience dealing with Maggie Lim was also positive, as she explained the packages they offered on top of the vehicle purchase, but wasn't overly pushy with them as some dealerships are. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone looking to buy a used or new car and I plan on making future vehicle purchases here. More

Recent Used Car Purchase Experience from Ericksen Infiniti We recently purchased a slightly used Lexus (2016 model) from Sam Rahall at Ericksen Infiniti. The process was very smooth and organized. Sam always m We recently purchased a slightly used Lexus (2016 model) from Sam Rahall at Ericksen Infiniti. The process was very smooth and organized. Sam always made himself available during the entire process and was fair when we negotiated the closing price and conditions. When we picked the car we were notified that the vehicle was missing the privacy cover (for trunk of vehicle) and the second key fob. Sam arranged to get the privacy cover the next day and offered to drive right to my work to drop it off. The key fob was a little more problematic. The general manager (Robert) got involved in helping Sam try to track down the fob from the previous owner. When they had exhausted the search Robert committed to replacing the fob. They had me bring in the Lexus to have the new key fob programmed. Within the hour Sam returned the vehicle to me with the new key fob. When I offered to pay Sam said that Robert had covered the cost. This was a nice surprise and showed a business/customer friendly attitude for Ericksen Infiniti. Our other vehicle is an Infiniti (FX35) which we have been servicing at Ericksen since we bought it in 2010, we will continue to service it Ericksen. Very good overall experience both with vehicle purchase and vehicle service experiences. More

Any Edmonton customers should be aware that they are talking between dealers and you need to go out of Edmonton to get an honest deal. To bad I live in Edmonton and need to deal with the "Go Group" Maybe I will go to Acura instead. At least they have 2 ownership groups and can get a fair deal. What a rip off..... More
Worst experience ever I purchased a used “certified” Infiniti SUV from Eriksson in August 2016. We were in a bind, needing a car quickly and purchase the car remotely, counting on Erikson, the year of the car, the price of the car and the brand to mitigate issues when purchasing and issues with the car. 1) Upon receiving the car, ~$1500 front vehicle damaged was identified that was not disclosed before the sale. How does one miss a bumper detached from the wheel splash guards. “ sorry but we missed that and it’s a used car and I gave you a good price was the excuse” – Sales and Mechanic Staff 2) Vehicle was sold with a broken Brake Pedal – when the car was delivered I noted this in an email and phone call to the dealership on the first day and Hyatt Infiniti mechanics (Calgary) confirmed that it need to be replaced immediately. Mechanic Staff – Profit before safety. 3) Finding cleanex’s and items from the past owner because of a poor interior clean. Cleaning staff 4) My first name (common English) was misspelled on the sales receipt. How this happens after issuing them a copy of my license, countless emails, personal phone calls, credit card for deposit. - Financing Staff 5) No phone calls returned - GM nor sales manager return phone calls once vehicle issues were presented. “Its off are lot, not our problem”. - Management 6) I placed a $1000 deposit before the purchase, and it was not returned until I called one month later about it – “I forgot about issuing it back” was the response from the finance department. 7) Infiniti Canada was of no help on the above issues, so don’t count on them for anything. – Customer Support. The email account does not support sending photos of the damage incurred nor do their customer service agents provide assistance or oversight on dealership activities. If the issues above don’t bother you, shop at Erickson Infiniti. If you want to avoid these headaches, shop elsewhere. If you must buy a vehicle off their lot, have it independently inspected and cleaned. Quality and attention to details are like safety and performance in companies. When the management does not perform, neither do the employees. Poor Quality and customer service focus permeate thru organizations, as is the case at Erikson. I’m in contact with the City of Edmonton Police and AMVIC regarding the broken brake pedal issue. The vehicle should have not been sold with this mechanical deficiency. I suspect they overlooked the brake pedal because it would have taken time for the part to come in and thus have inventory sitting. They put my family at risk over profit. I’m not sure if a civil claim can be filed, but any advice would be greatly appreciated. More
