I originally went into the dealer to drop my car off for service. My lease was almost up and I wasn't happy with my previous sales person at Toronto BMW so I asked to speak to a sales person while in Ajax service. I was introduced to Luke right away and let him know I was just looking for some info and wanted to discuss options as the end of my lease was coming up. Luke took the time to answer all my questions and wasn't pushing for a sale. I did find a car I liked that evening and very quickly we settled on a price i was comfortable with. A few days later i was back to pick up my new car! Again Luke took the time to show me all the features in my new car and answered all my questions. I've gone to purchase new cars in the past where they've been pushy and trying to upsell every possible feature or talk down to me because I'm a girl. This was by far the best experience I've ever had. Luke even called me 2days later to make sure I was loving my new car! I will definitely recommend Enduras BMW and Luke Pellow! More

Made a trade in and purchased a brand new Mini. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to arrange things to get me the car I was after at a price I could afford. Despite the fact that I was unable to purchase right away given an existing lease agreement with another company, Roy remained willing to answer questions, spend time with me on test drives, respond to emails, etc. He even arranged for me to be enrolled in an invitation-only BMW test drive comparison event - without any pressure for me to come to the dealership to "work something out" afterward. Once I was ready to make a purchase, Roy was again ready to help out. The purchase process was easy and enjoyable. Other members of the Endras team, including Mitzi Brown were equally pleasant, supportive, and helpful throughout. Having compared Endras with a number of other dealerships before making a decision to buy, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
