I was returning a lease that was due and I was looking into getting into a new lease. I shopped around at other BMW's and after speaking with a sales person from another BMW I felt like the sales person w into getting into a new lease. I shopped around at other BMW's and after speaking with a sales person from another BMW I felt like the sales person was trying to use high pressure sales tactics for me to sign a new lease with them. I called up Endras and spoke with sales and when i went in, it was a more relaxing environment and Luke made me feel like a close friend. He seemed more like a good friend letting me know all my options and what i wanted to get in my next lease if i chose to get into a new BMW lease. I have neighbors that are thinking about a BMW and I told them about Endras. Eventhough Endras is far away from us, I told them it would be worth their while in dealing with Endras.
