Bad Experience at Endras BMW Service Department - Took 2011 CPO car to Endras for warranty work (1. sunroof has creaking noise. 2.coolant light on and coolant level was way below min line and notice - Took 2011 CPO car to Endras for warranty work (1. sunroof has creaking noise. 2.coolant light on and coolant level was way below min line and noticed one of the hose was covered in dirt so might have leak. 3. I feel a knock or click from turning the steering wheel when the car is cold during the first 10/15 mins of driving.) - Service advisor tells me sunroof is not covered because noises are not covered under the CPO warranty. If the coolant is leaking from the hose/clamps, then it is not covered under CPO warranty because is a wear and tear item(Hose and clamps are wear and tear items?). Steering wheel knock/click I would have to pay if they find that is not cover under warranty. So basically I would have to pay just for them to have a look at the car if they decide the items are not covered. I told the advisor 2011+ CPO should cover everything like the original warranty. Advisor say that is not true and that the 2011+ CPO warranty is not the same as the original warranty. - I showed him on the BMW Canada Website where it says "2011 and beyond: Extension of the new car warranty (2 years/80,000 km, extending the full warranty coverage to 6 years/160,000 km).". Advisor still say is not true and he will go print me a pdf of the all expections and show me why my issues are not covered. He leaves for a few minutes and of course he couldnt find the file to print (since 2011+ CPO is extending the full warranty coverage) and ask me to call BMW Canada to ask them about it. - I call BMW Canada and they said 2011+ CPO warranty covers everything the original warranty covers, but BMW Canada can't do anything and ask me to take to another dealer. -So I wasted a whole morning driving 100km two ways to Endras for nothing because the advisor say my CPO warranty does not cover the items even thought the BMW website clearly states 2011+ CPO is an extension of the full warranty coverage and of course BMW Canada cannot do anything about the dealers. More

Unmatched Service! My wife and I walked into Endras BMW unannounced and were greeted by Rida Haider who made us feel very comfortable even offering us some coffee/water. My wife and I walked into Endras BMW unannounced and were greeted by Rida Haider who made us feel very comfortable even offering us some coffee/water. We were interested in a beautiful pre-owned X5 sitting out front in a display area and Rida opened it up so we could check it out and answered all the questions we had. Previous experiences that day with other dealers (some with appointments) didn't even come close to the friendly, courteous and respectful vibe we got from Rida. Later, we decided that particular X5 at Endras BMW was a top contender in our vehicle search and called Rida to setup a test drive. Rida was happy to arrange it and due to our schedule, she actually came in on her day off!! We were given whatever time we needed for the test drive and to verify the functionality of the many features and options of the vehicle which really helped to solidify our decision. The whole process was very friendly and easy from beginning to end. We would like to thank Rida and Endras BMW for an extremely pleasant experience and we absolutely love our X5. More
