The sales rep was fixated on his own gains and status and when he got a less than '10' he became a 'suck' rather than a professional striving for perfection rather the expecting perfection. I emailed my concerns to the owner of the dealership who never responded. Many BMW employees were ex-GM flunkies, this group must have came from the Danforth. Towne & Country BMW laughed when they heard my experience with Endras. Towne & Country are professionals and have all my business now. Drive past Endras and go to Towne & Country. More
