We were greeted by friendly Rida Haider the moment we walked in, and every moment from there forward was positive. We didn't get that slimy feeling that other dealerships give us. Rida was super knowledgeable not only about the car, but she knew how to drive it!! Don't be fooled by her sweet personality - she literally had me at acceleration! She was pleasant to deal with, very patient, and not pushy. She kept in touch with us over the weekend, and the day we picked up the car, I think she was just as excited as we were! She made sure there was a pretty red bow on it and was right there to take pictures of us with it. Her demeanor was outstanding and what I would expect from a salesperson anywhere I go. Top notch! We also dealt with Rene Jung, who was just as friendly and passionate and took the time to go over the financial stuff and answer all our questions. Manager Joe Kosmo was a nice man and came by to say hello at every visit we made. Tre Ramore, our Delivery Specialist, was a polite young man who took time to teach us how to use the features in the car - something we've never experienced when buying a car. All the staff, from the Concierge to Parts were friendly and provided excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family. Haven't had a service visit yet, but hopefully that experience will be just as good! Thank you to the Endras team for making our experience a memorable one! We love our new ride. :) More

Awesome experience translated to SOLD! I was in the market for a new vehicle and had narrowed it down to the X4 and actually a Q5. I made an appointment to come in and see the X4 at which I was in the market for a new vehicle and had narrowed it down to the X4 and actually a Q5. I made an appointment to come in and see the X4 at which point I was greeted by Rida. She was extremely courteous and able to answer all my questions and gave me a lot of information on the X4. After which I took a test ride, but still left to check out the Q5. Afterwards, I contacted Rida for some further information and her professional attitude sealed the deal! Pickup was quick and easy with Tyrone giving me the once over on all the little details in a very professional manner. I really appreciated the after the sales follow-up call to ensure all was well and to make sure I called if I had any questions any time. Loving the X4 and if ever I decide to move up in the BMW line I would without hesitation be calling on Rida again! More

There should be a tutorial of some kind to explain the car more fully. More

When I did pick up the vehicle the Delivery specialist did a great job in teaching me how my new car and its features work.
