We just bought an X6 ,2022. Our sales associate was Moe Mansour, a real gentleman, he was always attentive to our demands and questions , polite and friendly. I am a frontline health care worker and I took an appointment with BMW Elite to change those parts. I went on time and met Mr. Patrick Picard for first-time in-service lounge. He informed me that o appointment with BMW Elite to change those parts. I went on time and met Mr. Patrick Picard for first-time in-service lounge. He informed me that one of the parts not available, also he told me not to drive the car as this will put me at risk. It was a Thursday morning and my plan was to fix my car as I am travelling Friday morning and won’t be in Ottawa till Monday morning. At this moment I was very frustrated but Patrick told me to wait for him. When he came back, he told me that he will give me a car same model as mine and I can have it till Monday morning 8:00 and everything went very smooth. He even phoned me and updated me that my car was fixed on Friday evening. I want to thank Patrick for the superior customer service and problem-solving skills he had. Thank you, Patrick, and thanks to your manager who helped to solve this issue. sam More

I leaned very quickly after purchasing my X6M several years ago that level of service at Elite BMW is not even close to what I would expect when purchasing their most expensive SUV. It began with deliv years ago that level of service at Elite BMW is not even close to what I would expect when purchasing their most expensive SUV. It began with delivery delays (well before covid) and I was constantly told "next week" many times until it finally arrived. They lied during the sales process guaranteeing me loaners (equivalent to my vehicle) whenever I brought mine in for service. In 4+ years I have received a loaner once and they wanted to charge me $27 for the day. They claim that this is the industry standard, yet my other vehicles (Nissan, Toyota, Lexus) have always provided me loaners free of charge. Give them $140K and they still want my $27. Terrible. Over the years the service side has been average. I have been accustom to complimentary car washes with other brands, yet Elite seems to fail here again. I have maybe received 2 car washes in the 4+ years, and I always have to ask. During my most recent visit, I was told the car wash has not been functional for almost a year because the manager or owners did not know where to get the soap. A year ago, I had vowed not to go back, but needed service and the other local BMW dealership has a 3-4 week wait, while Elite was 1-2 days. I guess I know why. Most recently I was attempting to upgrade my vehicle, they sold the vehicle I was interested in after putting mine in auction and me wasting a day getting insurance and financing in place. I would have gladly provided a deposit to hold the vehicle for 24-48 hours, but sadly they never thought to ask. It was not until I offered a deposit to hold the vehicle that they informed me it was sold. Several weeks ago, I reached out to both Tarek the Sales Manager and Roger the General Manager voicing my concerns and received no response. They obviously just don't care, which is apparent in the culture that is reflected in how Elite BMW deals with their customers. I strongly advise that you avoid Elite BMW. I have ordered a vehicle from the other local dealership and am hoping for a better experience. More
