In time, we learn to understand each other how one works and what the other is looking for. Although this visit was to change the tires, the technician saw an upcoming problem with my front breaks. A video was sent for me to see the issue and to make a decision. Mr. Soublière and I discussed it for the next step. I have been a loyal client of Elite since 2011.
