In time, we learn to understand each other how one works and what the other is looking for. Although this visit was to change the tires, the technician saw an upcoming problem with my front breaks. A video was sent for me to see the issue and to make a decision. Mr. Soublière and I discussed it for the next step. I have been a loyal client of Elite since 2011. I would to thank Mr. Soublière, the technician and the gentlemen who greats us when we come in, he may be in the shadow but he is part of the team who make the expecriance pleasant. Danielle More

This experience of mine and the fun fact about this story deserves to be written about and shared with those who have almost lost their hope that there are still people out there in the services industries who still care and fight hard to keep the highest quality in complete customer services! Simply put, they care! Covid has taken a toll on everyone in very different ways! I am in my mid fifties and finally I am totally speechless and really cannot legitimately find anything to negate my positive experience with Derek and everyone in the service department at Elite BMW. This BMW dealership has done everything in their power to make my experience as painless as possible! The whole staff was always happy and smiling and quick with a fast joke!! With regards to my automobile needing some TLC, I was also in need of information and what I received from the staff at Elite without asking for was unbelievable! It practically floored me! I received a video text from the technician working on my X3 in the garage describing to me what the situation was regarding my car and what the repair would entail! Can you imagine! I also received a text from Derek advising me of the works progress! What more could you want?! Not to mention the complimentary coffee bar! Yummers! The work was eventually completed and the delay in repair was very justified! Elite BMW is a winner and hero in my book! I had so few worries leaving my sav in their hands that I quickly fell asleep in their lounge! Elite BMW is very impressive with regards to making every BMW customer feel like their decision and choice in choosing BMW was the best move possible! Most people would be annoyed at such discrepancies, but the fault was none of Elite BMW nor of it’s support staff’s fault. It was simply bad luck! The folks at Elite BMW were always honest with me about every issue regarding my vehicle! They gave it to me straight and never tried to steer away from their responsibilities or truth regarding unexpected inconveniences. How can a company such as Elite BMW maintain their one-of-a-kind extraordinary customer service experience in a consistent way!? The answer is such that you can compare their success to a well-oiled management team machine! It’s evident! A ship needs a captain and officers along with crew to sail smoothly. I would trust this crew in the most turbulent of waters! Having spent a lifetime career in customer service management in the transportation field, I have basically seen most every possible situation occur and had to think fast to find a solution to any dilemma. Some situations are out of your control no matter how hard you try, you can’t hit 100% of the mark all the time!
