Since 2024 until now we didn't receive the refund for a part that the service advisor (Clayton) make me buy it . He took the part back (outer axle boot) without any refund. The manager called me and he pro part that the service advisor (Clayton) make me buy it . He took the part back (outer axle boot) without any refund. The manager called me and he promissed the refund of the part and receive a credit of $100 for all the poor service received since they make me buy the part before checking the car. Afterthat, they installed another part (outer Axel boot) and they kept the inner Axel boot part until now without any refund. This practice is highly irregular. This dealership is not trustable and I would never take my car to that place for any maintenance or buy anything over there. More
