Above and Beyond Earlier in the year, we were the proud owners of a brand new Jeep Cherokee Sport. We loved the vehicle. It was at this point that Mike Vecchio stepped up to the plate, making sure we understood every step of the process from their end. They helped with every concern we had, and at the end of the day we ended up in an even better vehicle than we started. My wife is on the mend now, and Mike (and the rest of the staff as well) played a critical role in helping us get our life back on track during a very difficult time. When you walk on to the lot of a dealership, you expect customer service, you expect straight talk and a firm hand shake. What I did not expect was the process changing a friendly acquaintance into someone I consider a friend. These guys are awesome.
