Love the new Jeep Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the vehicle we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no Jeff went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the vehicle we were most comfortable with. He gave us suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. He was patient as we switched several times from the type of vehicle we wanted. In the end with help we decided on a new Jeep Cherokee and we love it. I would recommend Elgin Chrysler (Jeff in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Great Experience Overall Buying Our 2017 Ram We deal with Mike Vecchio when we are at Elgin Chrysler. Mike is a great salesman and makes us feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and does everything he can to help us. We were having trouble deciding what features we wanted and Mike was very patient with us giving us advise when we needed it to help us make our decision. It's like sitting talking to a friend when dealing with Mike. When we spoke with Eric about financing the truck he was also very nice, knowledgeable and informative. My husband and I went in separately to sign the final papers and Mike took the time to go over the paperwork with both of us and also the features in our truck. Our truck was ready to go when they said it would be....all clean & shiny waiting for us. There was nothing negative about our experience and we look forward to deal with Mike in the future. More

ABOVE AND BEYOND I had a boring Saturday night and I was searching for a car as I had the misfortune of having a serious accident and had wrote off my last car. My ini I had a boring Saturday night and I was searching for a car as I had the misfortune of having a serious accident and had wrote off my last car. My initial email was for info on a new listing for a nice Dodge Dart. Monday morning before 10:00 I had a response from Devon Abernethy. I was astonished at such a early response and opened up his email..... NOW I AM BEYOND IMPRESSES!!! Devon had already( on a cold snowy morning) videoed the car I enquired about for me and me alone. It started off "Good morning Paul" It almost did not matter what else he said after that, I was sold sold sold! I have been a Costco employee for over 20 years and try every day to be "that guy".."above and beyond" treat the customer or in my case member with the respect, kindness, attention to detail that will bring them back. That's what Devon did. I have already shared my overall experience with a lot of folks and two are coming to see you soon. At the end of the day (ready for the plot twist) I bought an awesome Jeep Patriot...I love it and always thought they were perhaps just out of reach financially, but I was wrong. With zero pressure, and in a short amount of time I knew it WAS doable. My injury has kept me from driving and I have a bit of leg rehabilitation to go... but when I do I will be very proud Jeep owner and a devoted Elgin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram customer. Special and sincere thanks to Devon Abernethy in all respects... oh ya... thanks for delivering my Jeep with a special pink Jeep hat for my 7 year old daughter.... JUST AWSOME!!!! More
