I tend to deal with Roger Ooms and he has treated me respect and always has a smile on his face. He is extremely professional and the Elgin team is lucky to have him as an Adviser. We were able to test drive the vehicle for a few hours. never had a dealer do these things in the past. I was even shown the service area. , Jason filled in all the blanks for us, Chad processed the documentation, no pressure, I liked the way this went down. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
