First time in a dealership. Used 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT. Up until March 2nd, i had never bought a vehicle from a dealership. I was nervous to step foot in a dealership beca Used 2015 Chevrolet Equinox LT. Up until March 2nd, i had never bought a vehicle from a dealership. I was nervous to step foot in a dealership because of rumors i hear that salesmen will do whatever it takes to sell a vehicle to you, and up sell with options you don't necessarily need to make a better commission. That was not the case here. Aaron was very friendly, and easy to talk to. He let me pick out the vehicles i wanted to look at, and grabbed the keys so we could look inside. we spent quite a while looking through 6 or 7 vehicles of my choice, and test drove my Equinox, which my wallet liked so much, it decided to let me forget it in the center console. Then we test drove the 2015 Dodge Ram, which was nice inside and out, but was a little bumpier than i expected it to be while driving over some of the rougher asphalt, and cement roads. After the Test drive, Aaron did not try to push one or the other on me, he let me decide which vehicle i liked more. i said the equinox, and decided to get it. Aaron brought us back to his office, and told me of the different warranty options, and a few other details and options i could get if i want. After this Aaron brought me over to Chad to sign papers, and talk a little more about the options. (warranty, rust module, or under spray, etc.) after explaining all of the options, and answering my questions, i signed the papers for the first vehicle i have every bought. I picked up my vehicle on the following Wednesday, and was shown the same friendliness that i had seen on Saturday. I signed a few more papers, and i was on my way after taking a few pictures with my new vehicle, and having a few last words with Aaron. To sum everything up, i was nervous coming to a dealership for the first time, and buying my first vehicle. in the end, i couldn't be happier that i did. Between Aaron and Chad, nothing was forced on me, and there was no pressure to go one way or the other with vehicles, and options. everything was my choice. I will more than likely come back for my next vehicle purchase, and recommend anyone to this dealership who is looking for a vehicle. new or used. More
