I have to say we are so glad we did, not only did we leave with an amazing new van that had every feature we were looking for but we left having experienced some of the best customer service. We have shopped around at quite a few dealerships but we found that our sales consultant, Aaron Ambrose was the most helpful and sincere. You can tell he truly cares and that was so important to us during this process. He answered all of our questions and was extremely helpful. He was so easy to work with. One of the most unexpected moments of this shopping experience was when it came time to meet with the business (finance) manager, Chad Telfer, who is one one my late fathers’ long time best friends. Due to life changes, moving etc we hadn’t seen each other in over a decade. And to say it was an emotional moment as well as the cherry on top of a wonderful car shopping experience would be an understatement. Both Aaron and Chad took excellent care of us and we left feeling confident in our decision and thankful to have chosen their dealership. In my experience I have trained inside sales reps to become outside sales reps, opened facilities and built strong sales teams. Through my experiences I have met many people and have become knowledgeable in what makes a good sales rep. Aaron checks all those boxes. Aaron approaches with a very friendly and calm demeanor and speaks with passion and honesty. Aaron takes the time to get to know his clients and brings aspects of his personal life into the conversation which allows for stronger relationship to form. Aaron also goes above and beyond responding to phone calls & messages outside of dealership hours, meaning he makes it work for his clients schedule not for his own. All these items make for a great sales experience which I believe is very crucial. Many people believe I have the brand in this case Jeep and Jeep will sell its self. This is very far from the truth, the relationship and trust built with the representative is what makes the sale and keeps the client coming back. I also greatly appreciate how Aaron picks up the phone and makes a call, so many people are afraid these days of calling.
