The costumer service I received from everyone at Elgin Chrysler was amazing!!! This was my first vehicle purchase on my own. So I was very nervous. Chad made it easy to understand what the lease agreement was and how it worked as I am new at leasing my vehicle. Taking care of insurance and ownership. I didn’t have to do any of that. Jeff helped me understand and figure out which way to go with leasing my new Jeep. He also made me feel comfortable every time I walked in. Tyler was great with helping me figure out exactly what I wanted (Not an easy task). Explaining everything and all options! He was very patient with all my questions even if they might of been silly. I brought my grandson with me to pick up my Jeep and Tyler was great with him including him in the conversations , offering him popcorn and giving him “jobs” He will remember this for a long time.
