I was a little upset that they gave me new plates when I asked and they originally wrote down to have my old ones transferred. I was hit with an extra $100 fee for the new plates that I feel I shouldn't have to pay. I do appreciate them allowing me to drive off without paying for the time being, but I am expected to return to pay the fee. The slight bobble in communication was the only hiccup in the sale, so I won't let it impact my rating, but hopefully it doesn't happen to anyone else. More

The advertised price was irresistible but I was very pleasantly surprised when the actual purchase price was even lower! Shanna, the Internet Coordinator was prompt in responding to my two inquiries. The person who attended to me was Bill Locker. Bill was very straight-forward, answered all my questions convincingly, and overall was more like a friend than a salesman. I am very easily annoyed by staff who "pitch" rather than engage in friendly conversation; Bill and I got along quite well. I am glad to have made the 374-kilometer roundtrip to Tillsonburg twice (two consecutive days) for the very satisfactory experience at Eisenberg Chrysler and, of course, I am extremely pleased with my new Grand Cherokee Summit Ecodiesel.
