Overall improvement I purchased a CVP+ van from Eichenberg in 2011 and it was your typical gold chain sales person and high pressure Business Manager upselling warranties I purchased a CVP+ van from Eichenberg in 2011 and it was your typical gold chain sales person and high pressure Business Manager upselling warranties and programs, I nearly walked out. I've been in regular contact with Charlie over the past year considering Ram Trucks. I was contacted about Trade-in Trade-up for my van and when I came in I set-up with Charlie and he walked me through the program arranged an appraisal and in 25 minutes the deal was done. Met with the Business Manager the next day he was very professional and respectful and 10 minutes later that was done. I pick-up the car up the following Monday still expecting some final twist but it didn't happen. Thanks More

Unfortunately when I was ready to buy she was on holidays and I had to then deal with Dave Moore. Dave was very knowledgable as well but I felt the sale moved along a little too quickly and all of the costs involved were not thoroughly explained. I ended up spending alot more then I had intended. After all of the money I spent I wasn't offered anything, not a lisence plate cover, floor mats, a hat, nothing. I felt I should have recieved a little something extra. More

We met with Charlie he had my vehicle appraised and we went over the options that I would like on a new Journey- I was pleasantly surprised and made an offer to purchase. They did not have the vehicle that I wanted on the lot, so Peter took over trying to find the colour and the model that I wanted, he worked diligently trying to find me a vehicle at a different lot that would do the dealer trade. I was contacted when the vehicle arrived. The service dept. cleaned it up and I have just taken posse ession of the vehicle. Charlie went over the new features slowly and carefully with us to end the great purchase. More

Local Service Is the Better Everyone was very helpful to us, very friendly each time we were there. It was a little confusing with the financing too much information(whether to get extra insurance, extended warranty and more) to digest in the meeting. We had to go home and think about it before we made our decision. Thank you to Bill Locker who tried to accommodate all our requests and answer our many questions.
