Unfortunately when I was ready to buy she was on holidays and I had to then deal with Dave Moore. Dave was very knowledgable as well but I felt the sale moved along a little too quickly and all of the costs involved were not thoroughly explained. I ended up spending alot more then I had intended. After all of the money I spent I wasn't offered anything, not a lisence plate cover, floor mats, a hat, nothing. I felt I should have recieved a little something extra. More

They did not have the vehicle that I wanted on the lot, so Peter took over trying to find the colour and the model that I wanted, he worked diligently trying to find me a vehicle at a different lot that would do the dealer trade. I was contacted when the vehicle arrived. The service dept. cleaned it up and I have just taken posse ession of the vehicle. Charlie went over the new features slowly and carefully with us to end the great purchase. More

It was a little confusing with the financing too much information(whether to get extra insurance, extended warranty and more) to digest in the meeting. We had to go home and think about it before we made our decision. Thank you to Bill Locker who tried to accommodate all our requests and answer our many questions.
