maintenance check on car Hi I would just like to say that for me I have been dealing with this dealership for over 15 years now My first car purchased brand new was a ford h Hi I would just like to say that for me I have been dealing with this dealership for over 15 years now My first car purchased brand new was a ford having truly been my very own new car Since then I did go up a bit in 2010 I have to say I love my ford focus On that note in the past I have had a few bad experiences there but Jake has always been able for me to smooth the waters I will have to tell you the one person I have for the life of me been trying to figure out for years is why that guy Jim Brickell is still there my first time there years back for my first new car was the worse because of him Without getting into the reasons plenty of them RUDE was it .So having said all that I can tell you that if Jake ever moves on I will go wherever he moves too I have never been ever treated but respect from him and very great at answering all my question and keeping me calm and if you knew me that is a feat in it self Thank you Anne Phillips More
