Excellent Service As Always!! I had an issue with my door lock, as well as the car voice control, so dropped in to the service dept to see if they could determine the cause of the I had an issue with my door lock, as well as the car voice control, so dropped in to the service dept to see if they could determine the cause of the problem . Paul immediately greeted me with a smile and listened as I described my woes. Within minutes he advised me what the issue was, told me it was still under warranty & said he would order the part for me. He also determined that the voice control problem was due to my phone. I received a call back the following day stating the part had arrived. When I returned, the part was installed in minutes, Paul paired my new phone with the car, and I drove away a very happy customer. Paul was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and ever so helpful. I have been dealing with Eastside Kia for many years, in fact since when it was still a Saturn dealership. The staff at this location have honed customer service to perfection. They are always so friendly and so willing to address my vehicle concerns; no concern has been too small for them to take time to address. So even though my vehicles have changed and my concerns have been varied, the constant in this equation has always been the excellent service I've always received here. Kudos to Eastside Kia!!! More
