Worst experience of my life 🤦🏽‍♀️ My husband financed a vehicle through east side Kia and I co-signed for him, they let us drive off the lot with papers not technically being approved My husband financed a vehicle through east side Kia and I co-signed for him, they let us drive off the lot with papers not technically being approved or anything finalized (we had no idea) we were told we were good to go and everything was fine! FFWD: I am First Nations and they wanted a copy of my tax card that’s fine I gave one to them, and my band number, then they turn around a few weeks later and ask for Another copy because they lost mine (scary way too loose a customers private information) all that wasn’t good enough for them, they then wanted government ID stating I’m a bandnumber well those cards take awhile to receive it wasn’t fast enough for them I also wasn’t able to receive a letter stating that I am First Nations (Why on earth would I have a Alberta tax exemption card and an Indian status band number?!? Then when they wouldn’t get there way they turned around and stated that as the co-signer they wanted me to become the primary owner of the car!!! That’s when we found out nothing was actually finalized with the paper work when I refused they used intimidation tactics and demanded that we return the car by tomorow leaving us vehicleless in the country with our baby and no way of getting to our jobs!! They have no regard or concern for there customers! All they had to do was wait three days for us to find another vehicle! I am absolutely disgusted with Moe and Debbie! Overall this is the worst experience of our lives you people are the worst unprofessional people I ever met!!! IF YOUR FIRST NATIONS I WOULDNT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolutely Disgusting More

This young man was very respectful and courteous and helped me immensely by pointing out different options that could be made available to me in order to purchase a good reliable vehicle that would last me my lifetime. I am a senior citizen so this was important to me as I certainly don’t want to have to purchase another vehicle at my age. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and his kindness and patience and professionalism was greatly appreciated. It is very obvious that he cares about people and it isn’t always about “closing the deal “ and making money from clients who can’t afford big payments. Too often, people take time to write and complain about their experiences. But I’m a firm believer that I need to write a letter or email to let folks know they have made a difference in my life and it is greatly appreciated. Total waste of time My husband and I are retiring in three weeks and the Kia Soul, in blue, is in my future, at least that is my hope. We paid the East side Kia showroom a visit and went for a test drive, which resulted in us loving the car choice even more,. To be perfectly honest, I was sold on the Kia many many months ago, but my husband still had a Honda civic in mind as well for a car choice. But the Kia Soul was definitely in the lead after the test drive. When we asked for a price on two different vehicles, both soul models, one with a larger engine than the other, we were told, by Sheldon McMahon,the sales manager, that we could not have a price without signing a contract and a $500.00 down payment? Is this normal procedure when buying a Kia, because it surely isn't when it comes to buying other makes and models. We were so disappointed with the sales manager, we left scratching our heads not believing what had just taken place. More

Not Happy Everything was great until I was told I had to sign up for warranty on a 2016 when it already has manufactured warranty on it. Almost 300 was taken as a down payment and I had 30 days to cancel. Where I was told I couldn't cancel but had to fight with Jamie Miller about the cancellation. Now out of that down payment they are taking a fee off of it when I was within my 30 days to cancel. I am a single mom and Jamie Miller was aware of my situation and took advantage of it. I have already reccomend that people do not use them for anything. More
