Sketchy service department Went in for gas recharge told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. B told didn't need it so I told them why then my serive air suspension light comes on and was told they would go back to mechanic a d get back to me. Before going back to mechanic they had a list of other repairs suggested to me and I said no. Mechanic got back to them on additional work that was suggested on suspension and I said I would have to check with the husband first a d he said no and that's when I was presented with a suspension diagnostics test at a charge of 136.00 and also told I would pay additional lot fee if not picked up today. Had I been told that would hold an additional charge then that would be acceptable but I was not. It appears because I did not take suggested repairs I was charged. More
I would have loved to give you one star because of the salesman I talked to but I gave you three because of the service manager that guy's a boss I had to call Eastside Dodge South Trail Chrysler told me salesman I talked to but I gave you three because of the service manager that guy's a boss I had to call Eastside Dodge South Trail Chrysler told me the phone another dealer when I was trying to book my truck in for a repairs I want to call Eastside Dodge the lady I talked to was about as helpful a South Trail Chrysler so I asked to speak with the manager I had to wait for him to call me back in the meantime I text the salesman who I thought was the salesman that sold me my car which turned out just to be someone that wants me to trade my truck in and buy a new truck I'll text this man and ask him if he was able to help me with my vehicle in and getting me a rental because I wasn't getting anywhere with their service department and this is what he sent to me: Hi Leo! You did not buy a vehicle from me. I was trying to get you in for options review with heavy duties in which you told me you're interested in, but you were ghosting my calls. You can contact your salesperson that sold you a truck as he would have your file, but I don't know how he could help you either, as there's no ways to help you except trade you out of your truck and get you in a new one, so you could pick it up same day. Other than that - there's nothing salesperson could do. Thanks. And now I ghosted this man's calls because he would not stop calling me when I originally talked to him the first time was about 3 months prior and I told him I let him know in the New Year it was borderline harassing me but that's a Salesman and what you could have done for me if you were the man that sold me the vehicle was to look into my file and let me know that I purchased the extended warranty which included first day rental which would have helped me out greatly but instead you wanted to be an xxxxxxx service manager finally call me back and was able to call South Trail Chrysler and straighten them out what you didn't help too much in the end because they had me return my rental vehicle to pick up my vehicle which they said was done but when I got there to pick it up they had lost the keys and had no paperwork when I finally got the keys I got to my vehicle which they had run out of gas and kill the battery by leaving the dome light on didn't even have the John courtesy of giving it a quick wash after all the the xxxxxxxx and lack customer service from the beginning good after all that being said I would like to thank the service manager at Eastside Dodge and also point out that maybe he deserves to work with some coworkers that have the same strive for customer service and care for their customers as much as he does he definitely goes the extra mile maybe he can teach you all a few things it doesn't take much to make an unhappy customer and it it doesn't take much to make an happy customer it takes even less to make a happy customer I suggest you call watch that service manager and take some notes and even if you don't care pretend you care that's what they're paying you for More

WARNING! ! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Dave Jackson, the used car sales manager and the sales associate Paul Kane will do anything to get a sal ! Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Dave Jackson, the used car sales manager and the sales associate Paul Kane will do anything to get a sale including misrepresenting a vehicle and advising the customer that their used vehicles have been properly and fully inspected. Then what they do to try to cover up their unethical practices is sell you an after-market warranty that is supposed to give you peace of mind for approximately three years; however, once you experience an issue the warranty provider will recommend after market parts that are not suitable for your vehicle, leaving you with the bill. Then when you go back to Dodge within 90-days of realizing their is a significant problem with the vehicle they sold you under their 90-day warranty guarantee, they will advise you that they will not honour it because you have an extended warranty which is not guaranteed to cover mechanical issues. Then to solve the issue, they will attempt to sell you another used vehicle and will decrease the value of the vehicle you just bought my more than $10,000 so they can make a good profit. Maybe they aren’t aware that it’s illegal to misrepresent a vehicle’s true condition with the purpose of encouraging a customer’s decision to purchase it. I will never ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership and advise you to exercise the same caution if you decide to buy from this dealer. #lessonslearnt #eastsidedodgeisunethical #poorcustomerexperience #buyerbeware More

Worst dealership in the world, I brought a brand new 2023 ram 1500 from them and after one week I looked underneath the car and I found that multiple parts underneath the vehicles is already rusted. I took i ram 1500 from them and after one week I looked underneath the car and I found that multiple parts underneath the vehicles is already rusted. I took it in and service manager said that it’s normal for a new truck to come with rust on and they won’t fix or replace and of already rusted parts. If I can give them negative stars I would. If you’re looking to buy a new or used vehicle go to a different dealership. More
Not dealing with this company anymore as they put me in a bad situation of fraud and now they are in investigation and it started June 22, 2022 I came in to the used department at Eastside. Dodge and I just bad situation of fraud and now they are in investigation and it started June 22, 2022 I came in to the used department at Eastside. Dodge and I just wanted to talk to that my father had just passed away I feel like I was taken. They really wanted to have me trade my truck in for a newer one I could not even afford they were pushing me and pushing me when up to the sales manager and he decided to put that I was working and making $6700 a month where I was not. Then you got Scotia advantage approved it without looking into the resource of me working worked I was not and I am on disability, so right there is a fraud and they will be under investigation so I’m hoping that this message will get looked at. It’s not right that Scotiabank had approved it and Eastside. Dodge went along with it putting information of me working which I was not. just so they can get my older truck that was fully loaded for a newer one that I can’t even afford I would like to talk to the CEO of Eastside Dodge but I’m not sure where I can find that More
Second time purchasing from this dealership. Definitely happy with the vehicle and dealings with the finance manager but poor service from the sales person involved. Was offered a $500 gas card Definitely happy with the vehicle and dealings with the finance manager but poor service from the sales person involved. Was offered a $500 gas card before making any decisions as an incentive and was pleasantly surprised. Was told he would get it for me as a repeat customer, nothing else said. Signed papers, reminded him of gas card and was told sales manager needed to cut the cheque so could pick it up on the day we picked up the car. Picked up car 4 days later(weekend) and was at that point told delivery papers had to be filed before we could pick up the cheque(vehicle had to be picked up and papers sent to finance company) so 1-2 business days. On signing final papers, salesman again changed the story and said that the dealership had given me a good deal on my car and the cost of the gas card was being worked into the overall amount but that he would talk to the manager again. Texted a couple times over the next week, continuously told not ready yet but reception will call when ready. Texted one final time this morning and was told it was ready. Went to pick up and it was for half the amount offered. Texted salesman once again and was told they already discounted the vehicle to get it approved so that’s what I get. Expressed my disappointment with it all and the salesman shifted the blame on to the sales manager and told me to take it up with him. I walked away from it and will never go back. Salesman was Summail. More
