My emergency signal light change July 17, I realized my Jeep was telling me that my "rear right signal light was out" (I was surprised for this feature) so I had to get it replaced, I July 17, I realized my Jeep was telling me that my "rear right signal light was out" (I was surprised for this feature) so I had to get it replaced, I felt unsafe driving without it. July 18 7:30 a.m. I got to the service bay and a young guy in the front desk met me and I explained everything. He just asked me to buy the bulb inside and will fix it. I waited for a while because the service store opens @ 8:00. But when I got the bulb, showed it to him, went outside, replaced the bulb and boom - it was done! I asked him where do I pay for the labor charge, he just said its part of service. Thanks to that young guy in the front desk it made my day.... :-) More

In the end I just added the protection package and was told at 830 Monday morning it would be put on and that Sunday they were closed. Over the weekend I decided I didn't want the package and called in to tell them not to do it. My sales person wasn't in like he said he was going to be. So I call a bit later got to the finance manager and he said it went it at 8 this morning and arranged this on the Sunday. I asked if they could stop the process and he said the paint was all stripped of the under coat. So I felt no choice but to trust that was the fact. A few weeks later I went and put running boards on and the under coat put in was done terribly, spots missed areas and was still soft and easily chipped off. Oh and underneath there was still black shiny paint! Bunch of liars... if I pay 1200 bucks for protection I'd think it be top notch quality! very disappointed in the service I received from this dealer ship More

While looking at Jeep Grande Cherokee's at Eastside in Calgary we were initially welcomed and treated fine. We test drove some current inventory and really liked the Overland. As we had a couple other brand options we informed the sales guy that we may be back and that we belonged to the preferred customer group through our company. We then left returning after a horrible test drive with another brand looking for pricing and exact model details. We informed the sales guy of the colour, model and options package we would like and he proceeded to track down what we needed. He came back and said he found the vehicle but if we wanted it we would have to pay him a $1000 non refundable fee to bring it to the dealership. Apparently to cover transportation costs. Now with the preferred purchase program we are on the dealer only makes a very little amount. As we were not allowed to see the build sheet and exact option packages we were unwilling to lose the $1000 dollars. When I tried to come to a compromise on the amount non refundable we got stubborn resistance and a flat no. Now if we did not like this exact vehicle we would be out $1000 just to view it. In my opinion we were being sent on our way due to the preferred pricing which comes direct from Chrysler and is not optional to dealers. Eastside will never see any service or recommendations from our family or friends again. More

Was given the truck without detailing and told that the following week I could bring in the truck and they would switch out the seats and detail the truck. I brought the truck in, they gave me a courtesy car. The first seats did not fit, the second set was the wrong color, and we are now waiting on the 3rd set of seats...sadly I have been without my new truck for over a week. I have already seen the first payment come out of my bank account, but no truck for me. ooopppsss sorry in an email is all I get, ya no this is not acceptable and I will never purchase from eastside again. More
