Still no repair done First visit: a noise they can't find and distal imaging of my rear seat that is coming apart. Second visit: the seat has come, I head to the mall to wait, I live in another city. 2 hours later I get a call, they have ordered the wrong seat. Third visit: drive in from out of town again, told Rich I was waiting and headed to the waiting room. 3 hours later I go for walk, my car has not gone in the shop yet. Can't talk to Rich, he is on the phone, no word on how much longer it will be, another Advisor gets my key, they better hang on to my seat, when I can get back in town for a fourth time, I will try again to have this repaired. Just not impressed at all. More

The sales experience was great, we were well informed and very happy with our decision! When it came time to buy a family van in 2013 we contacted Rico and he told us Derek would be helping us out as he was now in Management but would be there for us during the sale. Derek was fantastic and picked up right where Rico left off with the same customer service and sales experience! We bought during the winter months and Derek went the extra mile to have the vehicles we test drove warm and ready to go - small things but showed his attention to detail! Wanda Breti Service Dept "Great to Deal with" I live in the NW but purchased my van there a year ago. I found my salesman to be excellent. The first few times I went to Eastside for servicing an I live in the NW but purchased my van there a year ago. I found my salesman to be excellent. The first few times I went to Eastside for servicing and then I thought I would try Crowfoot Dodge as they are 5 minutes from where I live. After 3 "VERY HORRIBLE" experiences there, I decided to drive all the way back over to Eastside for servicing. The 2 dealerships are like night and day to deal with. My son and daughter are both currently looking for vehicles to purchase. I told them we will go back to Eastside. My experience today with Wanda Breti was GREAT!!!!! Also the 2 fellas doing the work were also very nice to deal with. I have dealt with Wanda, previously. Every dealership should have a "Wanda" working for them. She should give lessons to the service department at Crowfoot Dodge on how to be with customers. My husband and I have bought several vehicles over the years so I care who I deal with! More
