Second visit: the seat has come, I head to the mall to wait, I live in another city. 2 hours later I get a call, they have ordered the wrong seat. Third visit: drive in from out of town again, told Rich I was waiting and headed to the waiting room. 3 hours later I go for walk, my car has not gone in the shop yet. Can't talk to Rich, he is on the phone, no word on how much longer it will be, another Advisor gets my key, they better hang on to my seat, when I can get back in town for a fourth time, I will try again to have this repaired. Just not impressed at all. More
