eastside renegs on mastercard merchant user agreement according to mastercard the merchant must honour the buyers mastercard for the total amount of any purcase!! there was a last minute effort to swit according to mastercard the merchant must honour the buyers mastercard for the total amount of any purcase!! there was a last minute effort to switch me from a 2015 to a 2014. really!!. was in the dealership and my vehicle was not detailed or even washed. i personally had to install the floor mats. i left in disgust. i should be refunded the p.d.i. fee because it never happened. the only bright spot was andre popov, this sales rep worked his butt off to keep this deal alive. in my opinion the sales manager was working hard to kill the deal entirely. i wish andre well and believe his skills are unappreciated by east side dodge. MAY 6/15.... since this post no effort by the east side general manager to resolve this issue has been made. east side has my phone number but is too lazy to call. refund my p.d.i. the sales manager seem quite content to believe his figures that 3% of dissatisfied customers represents no skin off his back. i believe that he is being misleading. A 3% complaint ratio dosn"t represent OVERALL satisfaction by anyone. in any busness who believes that just because things are good they should never be better?......MAY20/15... against my wishes a sales manager called me today to pick a fight. even when i offered some ideas to resolve this issue he talked over me and even stated he knew what i was going to say next, i guess he is a psychic :). since the paperwork is compiled with only one total price when you buy the NEW story is i paid no p.d.i. EVEN THO ALL OFFERS WRITTEN BY SALES STAFF HAVE SEPERATE COLUMNS FOR SHIPPING AND P.D.I. a conversation with the general manager (owner) could solve this........ More
