He kept having to leave to negotiate (price and my demands) with his Manager, it would have been a better experience if the Manager took the time to come out of his office and introduce himself to me considering I was purchasing a $35,000+ vehicle, and negotiate that way. My Finance Manager was Derek and he was very friendly and helpful as well and got me the best finance package he could. I appreciate all the help given and would definitely use Eastside to buy from again! My only complaint/downfall would be the Manager not taking the time to come over and introduce himself to me considering the purchase price of my new vehicle. More
