Bad. Condensending attitudes, over charging Dropped my truck off at 7:45am for a booked appointment. At 5pm I call and get hung up on twice before finally getting an answer, which was my truck is all done and she has no idea how long it has been done for because they are so very busy. Which is of course a perfectly fine excuse in their minds, nobody else is busy except eastside dodge and needs their vehicle for something. The lady I am talking to now starts to get upset with me, stating its not her responsibility to call me, it's the service manager who did the work. She was not helpful what so ever and not even an apology, just got a "were busy deal with it" attitude. So I call back and ask to speak to the manager on call. Things start to get better here, but not for long. I explain my problem and he is apologetic, and offers me a small discount. Ok fine, this is the 3rd time I've had issues here and first time I have complained, I understand it's summer and it is busy. The issues were small before, including them changing my air filter and rotating tires without my permission and then charging me for it. So I go in to pick my truck up around 7pm, look at the bill quickly and see the 50$ taken off, ok cool. Look at the bill more closely to find a miscellaneous charge for 50$. I ask what it is and nobody there can explain it, we make our way to the manager who is on call office, he can't explain it, he looks at me like I'm an idiot and in a condescending voice says "we already gave you 50$ off what exactly is the problem here?" Finally a helpful employee steps in, and calls a service person to ask what exactly the charge is for. Still no real explanation just a charge from Chrysler for things like topping up fluids that they can do nothing about. What exactly was the charge for? Whatever it was I DID NOT WANT IT, I wanted done only what I asked for not extra stuff. Fine, pay the 516$ bill just to get out of the place (I was quoted just under 500$ at 8am this morning, really it was 566$ before the 50$ off). Get home check all my other paperwork from Eastside dodge NO 50$ miscellaneous charge ever before. My truck is off warranty in just under 10k km's and I can without a doubt say I will never buy another vehicle from Eastside, I love my Dodge Ram, but these guys may have turned me off Chrysler forever. Worst service I have received in a long time. Do not give these guys any business, they are just to busy for you anyways. More

Everyone is always happy and kind and very professional. I also find everyone I deal with works very hard for my business and I like the no xxxxxxxx routine my salesman and finance people are very straight forward which I like cause I hate it when people seem like there beating around the bush. So good work Eastside and keep up the good work I look forward to a long relationship to purchasing new vehicles from you all til the end that I'm not able to drive anymore. More

Cared about my opinion. Loved my experience. My calls were promptly answered. When I went to visit the dealership I was attended to right away. All my questions were answe Loved my experience. All my questions were answered and the salesperson went above and beyond to show me various jeeps that would suite my needs and price. There was no pressure to buy and I felt like the salespeople really wanted me to be happy with my selection. When I did decide to purchase I had very prompt assistance with financing and all my questions answered the same day. When I came to pick up my vehicle all the options for financing,waranty and service were thoroughly explained. Rob stayed with me to explain all the features and details of operating my new jeep and I felt very comfortable driving it away. Including setting up my phone!! More

We started looking for the truck my husband wanted to purchase, I remember Aaron Henderson was driving a Ram, he stopped the truck and asked us if we had been helped which we said that not yet. Aaron suggested “why you guys don’t go inside and be a little fresh and we can talk about what you would like to buy. Aaron’s attitude and professionalism went above and beyond what we expected because he answered all our questions and gave us a chance to talk alone and take the best decision. If someone ask me about a dealership I would be really proud to said “come to Eastside Dodge and talk to Aaron Henderson amazing person” Mi esposo y yo visitamos muchos consecionarias de coches antes de venir a Eastside Dodge. After receiving appalling and rude service from a salesman and said he didn't care if they lost my business because they get plenty of others with their sales tactics. Brent Walker was the most tactless and rude sales manager I have ever met and basically told me he did not care if I didn't like the salesman's approach. I realize being dressed in my weekend yard work clothes made it appear that I may not have money but it is pretty disgusting that this kind of treatment goes on... things are not always as they appear Brent and you should stop judging customers by looks only and start treating everyone with the respect they deserve. I asked to speak to someone above him like the owner and he said he wouldn't even give me any way to contact them because they don't care about individual customers like me. This dealership should be ashamed of this treatment of customers and if it is true that the owners don't care they need to rethink their business plan because this is short sighted. (business owners know the value of creating a good experience Brent so I have to believe that the owners would care to know the rude and disrespectful you are in your treatment of customers) More

I had planned to finance one of their cheapest trucks, thinking that I just wanted to get any vehicle I could afford. Jason Scott contacted me online after I started a search of their website. He took control right away to get me to the dealership and started on getting me a good vehicle. After going through my financial and life situation, he helped me see an alternative I hadn't considered. He explained right from step one to the end what he suggested, and I had no problem understanding the process. I ended up leaving with a newer Chevy Trax... and sooner than I thought I would. Also, I had cash back to bring down my credit cards to a very manageable level. Once the process was started, it was very quick. Insurance was taken care of from the dealership, and a plate provided to allow me to get registration. Jason was on the ball the whole time... And Glenn from finance as well. I felt more like a valued person than I had in a while, since they focused on me in a positive way and placed me in a new situation that I feel a lot better in. I came in straight from work that first day... work clothes, backpack, riding a bicycle (my only transportation at the time)... and on that day and the following days, I felt it didn't matter. Previously, I had circled dealer lots on my bicycle with salemen ignoring me, but Jason made up for that big time. More
