Hi Rico My name is Lee-Anne McCluskey. My fiance and I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk from Eastside back on July 9th. It is currently sitting at Aidrie Dodge waiting for a new engine. In the meantime I am stuck driving a rental. I called and spoke to your Sales Manager today who stated that this is just a case of bad luck and that it is not Eastside's problem. Which may be the case however that is not really a great attitude to have towards someone who could potentially be a long term customer. This is the first Chrysler vehicle my fiance and I have purchased and so far this has not been a very pleasant experience. Making us reconsider or next vehicle purchase. I was just hoping Eastside would have done something for us considering we did purchase the vehicle from you guys and it has only been about 2 months. If this was just a small problem with the Jeep that needed repairing I wouldn't be making such a big fuss, however this is a whole new engine we are talking about. So if you could please see what Eastside is willing to do for us, that would be great. Thanks, Lee-Anne

As luck would have it, the long weekend will slow down my investigative attempts because we will be running a skeleton crew with a lot of people away (including myself). I feel for you and want to make an effort into trying to make you like us again; at least a little more! Hi Rico Thank you for getting back to us. I really appreciate you taking your time to try and resolve our issue. My fiance and I talked about what we felt was a good resolution. We do already get our oil changes covered under our gold plus warranty.However a vehicle detail would be great as we do really like our Jeep Renegade and would like to keep it looking good.
