Forgot to tighen lug nuts Came in for an oil change, a recall and had a full inspection done which includes a tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lugnuts on the front dri Came in for an oil change, a recall and had a full inspection done which includes a tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lugnuts on the front driver side tire... I came super close to having an accident on Deerfoot due to bad vibrations in the vehicle. When I was able to safely pullover to check the noise 1 lugnut was missing and all the others were almost ready to fall off. They did replace two damage studs and all the lug nuts at no charge but this is pretty bad negligence. I will not be returning. More

I don't have a car and I live far from there (I would have to take 3 buses in -30 degrees outside). I asked them to just refund my money on my card like any other place does (this is how deposits work) and they won't do it. I asked them to send me a cheque and they won't do it. The Manager I talked to was very rude and not willing to accommodate me in any way. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! More

Poor communication, worse organization. After buying our used vehicle, we needed to bring it back to service for some minor repairs that should have been done before the vehicle was sold (no After buying our used vehicle, we needed to bring it back to service for some minor repairs that should have been done before the vehicle was sold (not a big issue). We booked the repairs for a friday and went in to drop off our van. When we arrived, we were told that our appointment was on Monday. I challanged that, and was told that they were sorry, but the tech that was supposed to do our repairs wasnt there that day. When I asked why no one told us, I was told that they just found out that morning (this was at about 10am, they open at 7am). I was then told that the tech was at a scheduled course. They scheduled the only person that could do our repairs without changing our appointment. The service coordinator found out that morning, and did nothing with that information until we got there. I took the morning off work to bring the vehicle in. Brought my wife and kids there, all for nothing. If we were paying for the repairs, there is no way I would have gone back. The finance manager ran my credit without my consent, when my wife was buying the vehicle. He also spammed her out to several financial institutions, which did damage to her credit score. More
