Once I got to east side dodge they took me in with no appointment and informed me of recalls that I was unaware of. I didnt expect them to be able to help same day but they did and in a time fashion. Dropped the truck at 730 and got a call a 1 PM. The service advisors were amazing and a huge shout out to the shuttle driver who came all the way to chestermere and got me. He is a wonderful addition to your dealership!!! I will remain a continuous customer and will definately be purchasing my next vehicle at this dealership! Forgot to tighen lug nuts Came in for an oil change, a recall and had a full inspection done which includes a tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lugnuts on the front dri Came in for an oil change, a recall and had a full inspection done which includes a tire rotation. They forgot to tighten the lugnuts on the front driver side tire... I came super close to having an accident on Deerfoot due to bad vibrations in the vehicle. When I was able to safely pullover to check the noise 1 lugnut was missing and all the others were almost ready to fall off. They did replace two damage studs and all the lug nuts at no charge but this is pretty bad negligence. I will not be returning. More

I don't have a car and I live far from there (I would have to take 3 buses in -30 degrees outside). I asked them to just refund my money on my card like any other place does (this is how deposits work) and they won't do it. I asked them to send me a cheque and they won't do it. The Manager I talked to was very rude and not willing to accommodate me in any way. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! More
