This was the second car I bought with them. Then I had to stop by for my first service with the new car. The whole mess started at the booking time: I filled up an online request using their website on Sept. 17th (8:00am), booked an oil change and steering wheel alignment to Sept. 18th, the request went through and someone supposed to contact me within a few hours to confirm the booking (system message). They contact me later in the day (after 17:00, only to tell me that Friday was completely booked already. Awesome! You waited almost 10 hours to tell me the date was unavailable, perfect. During the call I learned that the earliest possible date was Sept. 25th (the following Friday), I agreed with the new date and the booking was confirmed. This morning (Sept 25th) I drove to Eastside to drop-off my car for service (7:30 am) and asked to the service representative if was possible to get my car before 2:00pm as I was going to need it later in the day. He said "Ok". Around 12:30 called the Service Department to ask for an update and the lady who was talking to me (Candace, I guess) had a hard time trying to locate me on their system... According to her, she can only search for the last name. Phone Number, First Name, Licence Plate, VIN Number, whatever other information you have is totally useless. If they can't find you they can't give you an update, and of course she asked me if I was sure that I drove my car to Eastside (WTH?!?). Now I'm worried! Where did I drive my car?! I contacted the online representative through their website and she tried her best to help me, without success. It's 13:30 and I have no idea when my car is going to be ready and nobody called me to give an update. Good job! I will have to reschedule my other appointment because your Service Department can't change oil and perform a steering wheel alignment in 6 hours and is unable to give an update to a customer in time. I'm disappointed with the level of service and the customer relationship provided by Eastside, this isn't the first time I have this kind of problem, and earlier this year I had a serious issue with my other Jeep (they delivered a car with broken parks, cracked sealing rubbers fixed with lots of silicone and oil leaking through the cracks, all of this after a "piece of mind" inspection that comes with a signed service sheet!... how ironic, don't you think?). Even after all the bad experiences I had in the past, I was willing to use their services again to give them chance to prove they can do it right, to prove they care about the customer and they are good on what they do ... but I was wrong. I'm from a country were Dealer Services are expected to be cheap and crappy (Brazil), but in more than 20 years I never experienced something like this, total disregard for the customer. This was the last time I serviced my car with them, luckily the Warranty can be used at any dealer and I don't need to use their services again, ever. I feel sorry for the people who work there and go the extra mile to give a 5 star customer experience, but unfortunately this is not the mindset for everyone. Edit: After I published this review, Rico Olinger get in touch with me to talk about the issues, couple hours later, around 14:40, I received a call from Eastside telling me to go pickup my car. More

Explained to us the difference in comfort with higher grade jeeps, and so on. We finally picked a higher grade jeep, which he was nice enough to show us how all the extra options worked. He gave us his cell no. to call with any questions on the Jeep.( he made you feel like he was your buddy) I would highly recommend this sales person. SOLD! More
