3rd time extremely satisfied customer This is my third vehicle purchase from Eastside Dodge and I couldn't be happier. I was set up with Richard Hookey thru the Eastside internet team t This is my third vehicle purchase from Eastside Dodge and I couldn't be happier. I was set up with Richard Hookey thru the Eastside internet team to purchase my new truck. Not only was Richard great to deal with he was very up front. We began with emails and then he sent me pictures of the truck thru text. We talked over the phone a couple of times before I was able to make it to the dealership in person. He greeted me warmly and already had a car fax in hand, took me out to the truck and then sent me on my way alone (which is almost unheard of these days) for a test drive. We came back and he never once pressured me while we sat and discussed the numbers. Upon delivery the truck was cleaned to new condition and I was shown it in the detail bay which again kept everything in the open. Richard installed my plate before sending me upstairs to Danny in finance. Danny also was great, felt like I was sitting down with an old friend the entire transaction. Overall I am extremely happy with my dealings with the team at Eastside Dodge and would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
