I asked for someone to tell me straight goods in giving me advice Richard stepped up and he listen to my dilema. I was going to buy another truck from a different dealer which was not giving me what a asked for... After 20 minutes with Richard I had changed my mind and chose to buy a truck from Richard instead. I believe it was the best choice I ever did..not only did I get my dream truck but from day one Richard had kept me in the loop on everything that was happening in the process of picking up my truck..he is very knowledgeable and I'm glad I had an excellent experience. Cheated with ABS light Went in the first time to diagnose the ABS dashboard light problem. Got charged $400 with no definite answer. Contacted the manager who offered to bri Went in the first time to diagnose the ABS dashboard light problem. Got charged $400 with no definite answer. Contacted the manager who offered to bring the car back and diagnose for no extra charge. The car was given to the service department to only diagnose but I receive a call after 7 hours of dropping the vehicle at the facility and stating that a bill of $450 is generated as they fixed the car. Without prior permission from me weather they should go ahead with fixing, They took the decision on my part and i had to shell out the money unwillingly. Be careful if you are looking for diagnosis or servicing or fixing your vehicle at this dealership. More

Great Experience I recently bought a new truck about the end of November 2016, I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for exactly but after sitting down with Ahmed I recently bought a new truck about the end of November 2016, I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for exactly but after sitting down with Ahmed and discussing my options within my price range, he was really helpful in getting me into my truck that worked for my needs. I recommend this as a great place to shop for a vehicle. It was a comfortable experience from the minute I walked in the door. A few seconds after I entered the building I was greeted and ask how I could be helped ( which I know sounds like that should be normal but it doesn't seem to be very common anymore.) I was referred to Ahmed from a friend so I was going to specifically meet him. I arrived there later in the day and both Ahmed and Derek stayed later to finalize my paperwork. I will also mention it was a Friday evening (sorry guys). All said and done by Monday afternoon the following week I was driving away with my new truck. I briefly dealt with Alexandra following my purchase and she reviewed everything that was covered through the whole sales process to ensure I understood everything. Then she helped me with any questions I may have had with my truck before I drive off. I was a happy customer thanks a a lot! All 3 employees I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgable.
